Bunnings Warehouse Kaikohe

Went in with a family member to buy a dog house, went to the counter at the back to tell them which product we wanted, was told they need to scan the barcode. The item was heavy they expected us to bring it over so they could scan it, after the purchase I asked for someone to take it to our car, all they bring us was a trolley and expected us to do all the heavy lifting and get it to the car. This is what they get paid to do shouldn’t be an expectation from the staff that customers will do it themselves. Useless service

No other Bunnings tried to assist with my query about a product sold by them. Very helpful.

The staff are always helpful and I'm always finding things new that they have other stores dont.

My go-to Bunnings hardware store if I am not travelling to Whangarei. The goods are well displayed with helpful and knowledgable staff on hand to help with any questions, queries you might have. They do try to stock what they can but are limited by the size of the store. Their timber yard has a full selection and you can use their trailer too.

Really slutted to hear the the only hardware supplier in the area is closing, closest now would be mitre10 waipapa.

Found cheaper priced Red Band gumboots. My mokopuna even got Bunning Warehouse building blocks. Friendly staff member that served me.

My local, been an essential service in rebuilding the Kaikohe District which has been suffering neglect and moral decline over the last fifty years. 2020 the town has turned a corner and clawing it's way back economically and morale is on the up & up. With unemployment down, new successful businesses in town, new housing on the build and developments approved nows the time to hang in and be a part of history in the making and see your investments turn the corner for the better.

The best place and the cheapest to get things to fix your house, for camping, gardening, building, renovating pop in for alook.

As usual great shop SHAME it is moving great loss to kaikohe so i will only give one star for this reason staff are great good luck.

Great. Cooling mats for doggies. At $19 a mat, absolutely perfect. Everywhere else same mats up to $80. Just plain greed!

Great Saff, we went in to get a BBQ, they did not have one, but it was no problem to order one from Auckland and get it delivered so we could pick it up.
Thank you Bunnings for being so quick and notifying us that the BBQ had arrived.

The 2 young ones have awesome customer service skills. Very knowledgeable about their products.

Only one staff member was quite rude or arrogant. They also charged $186 to deliver from Kaikohe to Kawakawa. Was only a small load. I only paid $50 delivery from Auckland to Kawakaw for a load of roofing iron etc. Never using them again.
