Bunnings Warehouse Whangarei

Disappointed click and collect we placed day before in plenty of time before cut off time was not ready, so we had to buy else where and only visited today to get a refund and cancel the order

I got a bargain there. Don't normally go to bunnings. It is on the other side of town.

The place is so big it's hard to find your way around so maybe some better signs, but luckily the staff is super friendly and are a great help.

Whangarei management was very rude and did not oner 12month wanttee on tool as the heat gun melted on me and got told it was user falt and error only to discover by tool sevice center it had no fan or inslashion around nozzle wich cause plastic to melt becarefull of Whangarei bunnings store they dont onner there wanttee

It's changing too fast for my liking, into having to do a lot of buying on line only.
Wanted to buy a kitchen by using forms which display cupboards etc on a form with prices attached (as was the process a couple months ago) and going to the shop and getting the flat packs.now that is impossible. An " expert" does it all on line with you ; all needing to be ordered. Plus all items prices have increased but I could find out how much until I booked a time with the " expert"!
Some people might find this OK. I went straight to Mitre 10 where I picked up information I can do at home and then collect or have ordered

We had to go to the garden centre part of Bunnings. Wow, what a difference. The last time we were there (some time ago), we were disappointed in the garden centre, but not this time. Very impressed at the range and quality of stock. Definitely going back.

Drive all the way there because their system says they finally have stock tools department, get there none on the shelf, hard to get service staff busy talking to sales reps. I eventually manage to bail someone up instead of them approaching me for service they tell you yes we should have three in stock but their not on the shelf so they can't be bothered looking, end of story thanks for wasting your gas please come again.

Garden center very empty, most of what plants available were in not very good condition, way below usual standard

Always find what we are looking for. Usually good pricing and lots of parking. They have toilets inside the store.

Kerry was excellant in plant department however inadequate parking, possibly due to renovations.

Bit of a wait a little but once in the yard, easy unload and out, away you go, thanks to all the hoist Driver for the good work.

My favourite DIY store always has everything you need for your home diys and more it's my go to for alot of things and I love their garden center

Came here last year for work-ex from Kamo High School.

Didn't really learn much, but the staff were pretty nice.

Love the variety of bunnings but been in 3 times now when stock not on shelves of sales and nobody had time to get the product from out the back even wen it's been very quiet.overal good service tho.

Would be a lot easier shopping here if one could get help from a staff member when required! I find myself chasing down aisles looking for an assistant. Otherwise, all is good. They allow dogs into their building too. A nice bonus when shopping there. Shows they do care. Thank you.

Bunnings have a very good large selection of solar garden lights, I have purchased a large selection and always been very pleased

Great store.big and easy to get around.
. All the team.are helpfully but the one who helped.me the most was a young man dealing with the ryobi trimmers.he helped.me.decide what was best for me.thank uuuuu very much. I be back to whangarei bunninga again

There after market service not good.
Buy gadgets ask for parts cannot supply from there suppliers out of stock.
Hence got a wead eater 2 years old won't go lacking parts.

Very busy, carpark is not big enough.
Tried to order items online but was told the things I wanted were not in stock. Called in to the store and found 8 units on the shelf!
