The communication, and with all my annoying questions, Iain is so polite and extreamly professional, my repairs were finished when he said they would be, and my pc has never run better, I've also had upgrades done since by Iain and also some cameras & survaliance installed, I will be continuing to use his services for the foreseeable future!
