Domino's

They charged 3$ just for the extra sauce. I think i can buy a bottle of sauce in 4$ and use it on 10 pizza. Staff was not even good to give me explanation about that. I will not recommend this place to go.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 1 side online to pick up. The pizzas ended being ready about 20 minutes before the sides were. Not impressed

Unfortunately they were having a bad night conveyor belt broke down so of course struggling to get orders out. After no one answering after 15 calls went to the store where the manager refunded my money so thank you thats why 5 star for service

Partner and I got the beef an onion and 3 meats pizzas last night, woke up with food poisoning this morning.

Usually really good, but I find like Tuesday or Wednesday nights they aren't the best quality

So 1 month ago I called asking for delivery and they said they couldn’t deliver to my address as I live on whangarei heads road but they could met me at the police station and tonight I called asking to get a delivery and I will met them at the police station to pick up my food but now they are saying they don’t deliver at all to onerahi I didn’t want to give now star but it wouldn’t let me I’m just wanting to know why.

The pizza is now the pancake edition should maybe warn people before serving out pancakes very thin crust and smaller still tasted okay but not the same.

The staff member that served me had excellent and genuine customer service skills, it was so nice to see this day in age from the younger generation.

Think most of the staff need retraining, all the young ones wander around like they dont know what they are doing, not very, good with the public, or seem uninterested, getting orders mixed up and on the phone very un interested np public relation service what so ever, very dissapointed

Pretty dirty inside also kinda yuck looking through the window at staff making the pizza, look very dirty and just like they don’t care about hygiene standards lol but pizza has been ok last couple times we come here but standard is pretty below average. Being generous with 2/5 stars

Large sign on counter says no mask no service. But many of the staff in kitchen don't wear masks while making pizzas.

Always my go to but everything keeps getting more greasy. 50% of the time something goes wrong or not the normal standard ive been used to. Delivery person is always excellent tho. This time the scrolls were tiny, one was only about 2 or 3 cm in diameter? ! The rest just half the size and most of the box was soaked in greasy oil and garlic. Also manager sometimes good when I ring up about it, sometimes sounds like it's a hassle ive mentioned something. I would add a photo but there isn't an option.

Terrible service. If delivery is "off" your online order gets sent to Christchurch (only after payment), then when I rang the whangarei store and spoke to Demetrius to sort out the glitch, I was left on hold for 20minutes - I ended up just hanging up.

Ordered and paid online for 5: 30 pick up, screen in-store said Order ready, but had to wait for garlic bread and cheese scrolls which took 30min. Absolutely useless

Every time we receive a coupon in our mailbox to enjoy a pizza upgrade with the extras on special we, make our way to Domino's. First for a gas fill up at BP next door and then a pizza binge for a road trip jettison to somewhere new, with a full sized Coca-Cola in hand, it works! A deal!

After trouble with the online site I rang store. Told na can't help order.by phone. Very professional! Finally got online order done AS I WANTED THE DEAL OFFERED. Order arrived 1 hour late.luke warm and cold chips with 1 side missing. Got a complimentary drink tho. Pizzas were dreadful. Skimpy fillings, vege pizza a joke. Pieces of meat slices missing on others. NEVER AGAIN. Has shop changed hands? Because it used to be great

Pizza are nice, but customer service was horrible.waiting for a forgotten pizza for extra 20 more mins without apologize but blame the business while others who ordered after getting served. And the 2 of the team members without mask on are serving customer and cutting pizza. Definitely wouldn't come back.

Cheesy garlic pizza, stiffer than a brick and more burnt than bunnings sausages. Highly dissapointed as usually so good. Expect somthing good to start the weekend, looks like ill be spending tommorw getting my replacement pizza

A few times now, I had to wait more then 30 minutes on my order. Even ordering 2 hours ahead of time. Sorry domino's one time it can be just unlucky, twice you need to see the issue. But this is the fifth time having huge waits. Time to react to your customers and improve fast.

Always a pleasure. Pizzas are always what you order. Delivery people are always lovely to deal with. They can smell the weed and know I got the munchies, but they don't judge. Thanks Guys
