"Outstanding products and service". (7 custom sized insect screens that each fit perfectly) thanks to very professional Service from Grant and the HomePlus Northland team. Would highly recommend Grant and this company. Exceeded my expectations in virtually every respect right down the careful packing of the screens for shipment.

Waited 9 months for my install. I went into the store to organise a quote for 2 screen doors, in November 2021, the staff were friendly and helpful they took down my details and said i would be contacted to get a measure and quote. I had to call 2 more times before i was able to get a date for the measure up, I had to wait till March 2022 (5 months later). I paid 50% deposit 3 days later, and then i was told that they have to manufacture my items and then would contact me to do the install. After many emails to find out what was happening, finally after a botched up measurement, and reorder of a 2nd door, my 2 screen doors were installed in July 2022. So if you dont mind waiting 9 months for 2 screen doors then go ahead, i didnt get any apologies only excuses. I also sent a request via their website in September 2021 and it went unanswered. I wouldnt recommend using these guys, your better off getting someone to come from auckland. In terms of the actual quality of the screens they were a good product, and the installation was done to a high standard. It was the communication, or lack of and customer service that let me down.

Very friendly and helpful to deal with. Was very happy with my roller blind. Order was delayed, but that was due to COVID and the store kept me updated on when it was expected. Lovely staff.

I attended Homeplus Whangarei mid January 2018 to ask for someone to quote for some flyscreens and doors. The office lady took all my details and told me the owner would ring me to organise a time. 2 weeks went by without a word so early February I went back again and asked why no one had called me. She said that there was a 6 week delay just for a quote. I was astonished but we checked that my details were still on the books and again she said the owner would ring me early March 2018. It is now end of March (29th) and as it I have still had no contact by anyone. Of course I rang someone else and they came around to quote within 24hrs and all products were ordered, made and installed within 1 month. I am assuming Homeplus are very busy but to make no contact at all in 2 months.great way to lose customers and I am sure I am not the only one.
