The service was great the food was so good I ate way too much and felt like I was going to pop. The pull apart loaf with the bacon bits was incredible the ribs were sooo juicy and tasty the meat just slid off the bone. Can't wait to go again

Yummy if you love ribs this is the place to go. I always get the Maryland crab dip and it is super tasty

Great evening out to celebrate my husbands birthday. We ordered the rockstar platter to share and it was more than enough. It felt like a special treat.

I got soaking wet in Auckland and the only clothes I had was a pair of old shorts and tee shirt. I apologised for my appearance, but was welcomed in like a lost old friend (1st visit).

I've got to say this is one of the best places ive been to in awhile, the service was exceptional, food was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. The only downfall that i could come up with is the carparks were not in the best shape or very well lit. But in all honesty that doesn't bother me in the slightest.

Poorly cater to allergies and food intolerances. This isn't clearly displaced. Staff seemed unbothered. If you have a seafood allergy, don't bother coming.:)

Haven't tasted better ribs anywhere else in NZ and the plus is the price. The share platter for 2 is a fib, they should rather say it's for 4 people because it is bloody hugeeeeeee lol. The service and atmosphere is top class too. This is a must stop place for any serious foodie.

Enjoyed the customer service here, staff were great at making us feel welcome and the atmosphere was relaxing. The food was great, sausages need more oomph but overall good experience!

Food was good, filled the spot! I had the steak, chips and creamy mushroom sauce for lunch. Waitresses were quite rude though, but the young waiter was awesome and attentive.

Great food and great service. The atmosphere was really cool along with the music. Prices are okay for what you get. The steak served on a hot plate was really neat as you can cook it yourself just how you like it!

The food was cooked to perfection, the staff were courteous and attentive, was my wifes birthday, she was very happy. We will be back indeed

Service was patchy. Too interested in chatting to serve at the bar. Very quick to be present when I wanted to pay my tab. Good beer though.

I was up in Whangarei on holiday last week, and my best friend who is a local said to me “I’m taking you to the yummiest Restaurant in town” and boy was she right! Excellent food, awesome service and friendly staff. What more could I want. (a ‘Jimmy Jack’s Rib Shack’ in Christchurch would be awesome)

If you want a quite place to eat, dont eat hear. You will completing with noise children and there parents let them behave badly.
