Much appreciated. My flip phones screen was broken and couldn't flip open completely. Replaced new screen and fixed hinges too in given time frame. So happy to see my phone like brand new again.

I initially struggled to replace the screen on my old phone, so went to Kiwi Tech for help. The connectors were cleaned, the phone's BIOS was flashed, and the new screen was calibrated and reassembled with great professionalism. I was pleased with the affordable price and thrilled to once again access all my old photos. Highly recommended and they will be my first call for any further tech problems! A+

Will not be back! First time, i rang up and got a quote over the phone, i agreed, i came in to get my phone screen replaced i was told "i will break the back of the phone getting the screen off, so will need to charge you for repairing the back too" so i had to pay extra or he breaks my phone more but i didnt have extra so i had to just cope with a broken back but repaired screen.
Second time i broke it, rang up for a quote including back of the phone and anything else that was "needed" etc and i was told that i was going to get charged $60 just for a quote even though all he was doing was looking at it, complete rip off! Will not be back, hes just trying to find ways to charge extra. Very disappointed.

This place is awesome …I got quotes from 3 other places in Whangarei and this place was $250.00 cheaper than the others … I got a new screen for my Apple laptop for $600 instead of $850.00 … awesome

Can HIGHLY recommend this is the place to go. I shopped around based on price from the Bay of Islands to Whangarei (I even called other places numerous times across the span of a week and got no answer). Forget the rest. This is the one. I called ahead and they had what I needed in stock (Replacement Screen for an IPhone) friendly, informative, gave clear expectations of a reasonable turn around time. When I arrived they we’re very busy (rightfully so!) but handled the busyness with ease and was efficient in turn around time. Got everything fixed at a very good price - was quoted well above double at other places! They also have phone protecter screens at a fair price and cases too! Will be recommending!

I had an iPhone 8 that worked fine except for one camera lens which gave a most peculiar unstable image on the screen. I took it to their shop for repair and went off to do my other shopping. I returned two hours later and my phone was repaired and waiting for me. Altogether excellent service- fast - a good job done - a reasonable price and staff very helpful and courteous. Can definitely recommend this company.

Second time I took in my apple iPad and won't bother returning a 3rd time. The problem is still not fixed. He decided to replace the battery and charging port within 5 mins of entering his store. My iPad still won't charge despite trying numerous working chargers and lightning leads, at home, though he told me he had no problem, and indeed returned it fully charged the second time. Frustrating and found communicating with him difficult. I have decided to let it go and vote with my keyboard and boycott this store. I will personally find out what the problem with my iPad is and t discover what he replaced and what with. Im guessing not genuine apple parts.

Friendly customer service and fast screen replacements done with in 20 minutes! Highly recommended if wanting to get your screen replaced!
