Attractive situation, cheerful staff but unfortunately coffee just wasn't up to what we've come to expect in N. Z. Ours was served far too hot and was rather bitter.

Best custard slice we’ve ever tasted. Properly made strong coffee too… super friendly service, gutted it’s our last day in town else we’d come here every day. The dessert cabinet is the stuff of dreams

Unbelievably small portions for the price. Quality of food was very poor. Burnt bacon, half banana was not ripe, pikelets were shop bought (they should have been pancakes home made)

Great coffee, fantastic service and a lovely outlook. I just had a coffee and an Anzac biscuit, whilst sitting outside enjoying the day. The coffee was as good as the one I had two days ago. I guess that I'll be back!

Yesterday I took my son in law and husband who are gardeners (so they really appreciate a foodie treat) a donut each as a birthday surprise for morning tea!

They reckon it was the BEST DONUTS they have ever had! Trust me they would no! And they have banged on about how yummy they were for 24 hours now. (Hence the review, and… I thought I am now a regular there now, as well)

The crew at Lil K are always a delight, happy, friendly, patient (I’m a Libran so deciding on my order can take a while) and they are kind and inclusive of all.

Coffee and food goodies are wholesome… their smoothies are next level, the views are stunning!

And their themed fancy dress evenings are a laugh and great community fun.

They are a wonderful community hub and offer way more than just a cafe/restaurant.

Great place for breakfast. They have eggs bene a number of ways and a full counter of baked goods, egg frittata muffins, breakfast sandwiches (including gluten free and keto options). Coffee was excellent and friendly service. Plus the view is pretty spectacular!

Go back in the afternoon for cake, scones and naughty but nice treats

Friendly obliging people. Good range but kept running out of stuff in their cabinet. I had a vegetarian filo parcel which appeared to have been reheated in the microwave. Nice flavor but soggy filo

Always worth a visit. The staff are amazing even when it's busy they always are friendly and smiling. Great menu loads of choice and efficient service.

Cute Place, wonderful cabinet food selection, brekkie was omelette, it was superb. Max coffee was consistently good…staff and customer service were the best, well done ….

I loved the raspberry muffin and coffee.
I'm really impressed how the cafe is also an art gallery, with high class art works.
