7We had a very unprofessional interaction with two receptionists at the front counter. Doctor and nurse on duty was professional, helpful and took the time with our little boy as one would expect. Our interaction with the front staff is reflected in this review, and hope that more attention could be given to client / patient relations.
ALWAYS able to get the kids in to see a Dr on the same day. Great call back system so I can speak with a nurse.
Didn't want to see my wife for infection while we were on a holiday, and gave us a phone number for Kaitaia hospital instead. If we heeded their advice it would have been a huge waste of public resources and our time. We went to pharmacy instead and she was given antibiotics she needed. So definitely thumbs down from us.

I'm surprised at these reviews. I agree the wait times are not good (although Auckland was no better when we left 3 yrs ago) but I've been very happy with the care I've received. Professional and caring.
Very poor and horrible service. Their professional doctors do nothing to cure any problem. I am really disappointed with their service. Don't reccomend that.
