6Need to keep their sediment control in check when it rains the harbour turns black from their run off.
New shopping that are there is great to have and has broken up the monopoly most have had over the years. Will still support some local businesses, however competitive pricing is always good for the general public.
Can't wait to see what other shops go in there. I'd personally love a KFC, Kmart and The Warehouse! Lovely!

Speed limits are ridiculous. The supermarket is limited in variety of groceries.
Messy area for years. So far no architectural connection to what is a beach township. Poorly planned re infrastructure ie water? Sewerage? Local bird population? $$$$ profit 1st priority?
