McDonald's Raumanga

Chips are always disgusting and cold, they NEVER get my order right, even when given back to them to fix. Highly don't recommend.

Was nice, the bathrooms seemed to need a clean whilst I was there though. Other than that, the food was awesome not too greasy and cooked really well.

Just got some maccas tonight 11.30pm 17th September 2021 and the best quality food I’ve ever had from the MacDonalds fast food chain. Thanks very much for the quality cooked food from the team tonight

Got our order wrong at drive through, and some of the staff were very rude one didn't even speak to me ‍️

I am so unimpressed with this McDonald's it has to be the most worst McDonald's In new Zealand by far. More than three times they have got the orders incorrect within the amount of times I Have visited. Either you need to hire a lot of new workers or get a better system in place because your staff are just not getting it right at all. Also personal hygiene is ridiculous you have a couple of staff that reek of bad body odour. Not very good to have around food. Burgers you can tell they are made in a rushed way and when our orders have been mucked up we have had to wait for more than a hour in order for them to be fixed or the staff are confused like how so so not even worth spending your money here one little bit worst McDonald's experience ever.

Extremely watered down orange juice is the thing that disappointed me the most about this maccas. Disgusting. The staff are OK.

Never get given napkins when doing drive through here.
And always upgrade a happy meal to a choc shake but got told can't do that.
Had very slack service here a few times.

Went there last night. 11pm. Forgotten order absolutely disgusting service from person at window. No lettuce on burgers. They forgot my request for the burgers. This place needs a serious review.

The burger was just warm to eat as the pattie and egg were both over cooked and must have been sitting for a while.
Have had good experiences at other times so disappointed at this visit.
Store was also very busy at this time.

We had a takeaway order of Happy meal and a hash brown instead of chips for the happy meal. They gave us chips. I can live with that, BUT the orange juice that was ordered with one of the combos was DISGUSTING! It was very watered down. What happened? Did you run out of juice and some bright spark thought it was a good idea to add water? Or did you just think you would make more money by stretching out the juice by adding water? Either way, it was gross! Shame on you!

So much for 24hours, have been 3-4 times in the middle of the night after my boyfriend finishes his shift and your systems are down. The only 24hour restaurant we have, I just want a late night snack man

We always make sure we have extra time if we need to go to this McDonald’s because every single time we have gone, we have received the wrong order and have needed to take our food back. Handy location en route to AKL, hence why we keep going back.

Horrible burger! Nothing like I expected! One of their 'special' chicken promotions, but revolting! Too much Bar-B-Q sauce and nothing much else! Would never order again!

Very friendly staff. Error with my order which they quickly fixed, love their customer service. However toilets were not very clean. Very busy location, a bit more toilet care would be nice

Brought hot cakes for morning breaky.only one in drive through.so there was no rush.and still for got the syrup.need a check list to make sure everything in there.didnt go back.dissapointed

Awesome service from a young girl who helped me tackle the pay and thingy menu and the premises were very clean. Then topped off with a beautiful coffee made at the mccafe. Thank you a great experience.

I haven't been to McDonald's in forever and never ordered a Make your Own Burger
