McDonald's Whangarei

Came on a public holiday got our food almost right away, best maccas I’ve ever had, nice and clean too

Working for a delivery company shows you how absolutely disgusting Whangarei McDonald's is. Wasting customers money and delivery drivers fuel and time. I highly recommend only Kamo/Raumanga McDonald's for those late night snacking.

Nice food. Daniel is the best keep him on had the best smile it's good to see someone enjoying there job doesn't let anyone get to him

Didn't spend too long here. Kids play area nice enough. Bathrooms could be cleaner, itherwise no complaints.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They stuffed our order up and then told me I had to drive around again and join the back of the half hour queue. I asked her why she couldn’t do the order of what we had asked for and she promptly snatched our meals back and closed the window for the food we paid for. What a short fused bad tempered woman to have in a role in your customer service. I will never use this McDonald’s again.

The girl who served us went so fast that our drinks started to fall over as she put them out the serving window and shut it fast without checking things were fine. Take care next time

The cleaner threw my full drink in the rubbish, sometimes I wonder why they do this, do they think It’s okay. Was the table left for one minute too long

I understand McDonald's is a busy place but this one in general needs regular housekeeping.

Very pleasantly surprised. Ever now and then I come back to Maccas, usually to be disappointed. This time it was different. My ‘THE BOSS - BURGER’ was very nice, fries were very good and my drink was full to the brim. Speed of service was exceptional. Staff was friendly, the young lady handing me the eftpos machine could have done with a smile. That missing smile would have made the experience 5 stars.

Always lovely + clean, tidy, I would like to acknowledge the Philippines staff at Regent Mac D. They are consistently attentive to service, respectful, cuteous.

My 3 moko's Vincent, Andre and Steve and of course myself enjoyed our lunch. I can't use those Kiosk? I ordered our lunch took a number went at sat at a table not long our lunch was served to us. Good service

Becareful when using the drive thru.so easy to miss the drive thru part and like us.staight into a paying area.keep right.finally walked in and got what I wanted.all good.

Took my 3 year olds there for their birthday they loved it, great play area quick friendly service, but the tables were quite dirty.disappointing during a pandemic. Otherwise good.

Once again when ordering through Drive Through my order was missing a burger and chips when I checked it on my way up the road. This has happened 3 times now.

Usually okay. Closes kinda early for a main street, main town maccas imo. Had a quarter pounder which was just two thin paddy's squished together.so wasnt impressed. Wasnt spiced so tasted like just oil.

Need to quality control back in the burgers sometimes cheese burgers look like the have been sat on upon unwrapping them

Fast and efficient drive through process BUT food expectations were below average. Cold, soggy fries with no seasoning & half my burger was in the wrapper and not even apart of the burger itself ‍️

Twice in a short time we have travelled to Whangarei and stopped here and twice now the food was not good. First time the chips weren't nice at all, warm and very soggy and today I ordered an Americas Cup crispy fish burger. In the picture the fish was in what looked like batter, mine came crumbed and very over cooked almost burnt, so the fish was very dry and tasteless. Very disappointing.
