After coming back home to my hometown 6 years later I never experienced such a bad service. Went in today to get my ring polish and I don’t know what kind of impression I was expecting from a young lady working there, but from what I can see my ring was never polish. It only took her a minute and she gave it back. Will never be going back there again. Out of all the Michael Hill I’ve been to around New Zealand this is by far the worst Michael hill shop in Whangarei.

Walked in yesterday and we were treated very poor looked at us as if we should not be in there we were dressed warm in jumpers cause of the rain I believe the three ladies behind the counter especially the older lady assumed we couldn't afford anything
Was actually looking for a engagement ring and had $3000 to spend but we were made to feel very uncomfortable disappointing

I received a Michael Hill watch with lifetime battery replacement as a gift twelve years ago. The watch is going strong, and remains in great condition. Getting the battery replaced involves losing the watch for a week each year or so because it get sent to their central workshop.
