Looking forward to summer in the garden centre. More instant colour. Would like to see more gift type stuff too

Great hardware store but wish it was bigger and had more display stock and a Cafe. The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. The garden has all you need and more.

They have a weird we want to scan your docket. My answer you can look but no you aren't scanning anything of MINE.

Friendly helpful service for staff that know their stuff. A favorite store for my elderly mother who loves her garden.

Staff were very helpful to my immediate needs re: mats an flooring department with positive suggestions to many choices an options which I took total advantage of. I visit twice in same day an thank you so much for allowing me to further my diy experience with ease.

Sizeable shop for a small town with a variety of products. Got some plants and dog leash from them. Great customer service.

Expensive, and female staff lack a personality, its like being served by a dead fish, even now the female staff lack personality.

Nice place good service I don't know what it is but I am friendly and nice to all people but some customer service you try being polite and saying good morning they look at you as if to say what's good about it and he walks off. But not all of them are like this bloke he's normally in the paint area.

I actually like going here and having a little poke around. It has most things you could want. Most staff are friendly and very helpful.

She listened to what we were after & provided us with a brilliant solution we hadn't even considered, but was unanimously the best one! Ok service. I wanted help finding something. They pointed to the area i could buy the thibg and said tbey had somw aet up around the shop. Which i didnt see any and gave no direction of where i could find the set up one to have a look at

Went to buy some lights today. Ticket on shelf said one price asked the assistant close to display to check shelf ticket price she confirmed it was correct. Went to pay and told the price was different to the shelf price. False advertising and a rip off. Contacted the owner and he basically said that their staff had put wrong price on product and he wouldn't honor the ticket price. Guess they don't want people shopping there. BE VERY CAREFUL AND CHECK EVERYTHING YOU BUY THERE to make sure you don't get ripped off. They said contact them which I have but management not interested in fixing this. Pretty disgusting really.

I believe they need some staff changes as i at times had to yell out for some help or where items are.

You can buy tools here and barbecues and plants and nails and paint and other stuff like that.
My friend bought a paintbrush.

Their are some good stuff here but i wouldn't recommend getting fruit trees but all other plants are great and they have a large variety of tool and equipment

Ok. Doesn't always have the products you can find online. Clean store and easy to find things with the help of friendly staff

Came in to pick up a shower that had been organized on Saturday. Asked kitchen lady nicely for assistance she was rude and in a rush to get back to putting stickers on stuff or stocking shelves. Anyway told me I wouldn't have been quoted the price that I was for a 1000mm shower She called kitchen manager found out that it was the price, got ruder after that and left me with another kind sales person to finish up the sale. Maybe she doesn't like her job as shop person at mitre 10 and should find her passion.
Paint staff and Agnes get 5 stars because they're actually helpful and the care
