Not a mega store unable to get a few pathers. Can't wait for Bunnings to open in Waipapa.

I went to the Columbus coffee shop within mitre 10, enjoyed both the coffee and the toasted sandwich.

Lovely friendly staff 2 x staff greeted me on entering and guided me to the key cutting desk fast efficient service

This store is a replica of the one in Wairau Park Auckland and stocks a full range of goods. The staff are knowledgable and helpful with most things or can guide you in the right direction if you need help.
Perfect location in Waipapa away from Kerikeri township and with plenty of parking.
Every time I have been there, it is not overly busy so you get a personalised service.

Staff helpful, more expensive than bunnings but store larger and better laid out. They didn't have stock of a basic plumbing item we wanted.

Smaller then some others, yet seems to have everything needed packed into the space. Staff where very helpful and friendly.

The service from Mark and Paul in the Building Dept is absolutely brilliant. Go out of there way to help. Thanks guys.

Rude as lady in the Garden department today. A guy water blasting a dirty as floor in the middle of the day with a loud petrol water blaster and the Columbus coffee closed.
Some much needed change in management direction here, and some staff attitude improvement. If my staff had ever spoken to a customer like that they would be out the door.

I bought items in keri keri mitre 10.some of the items are cheap and the staffs are helpful if you need to find youre item you need.

This is a great store with good staff but we would appreciate it if they could replace the ink cartridge in their payment machines more often. Some people do read their receipts and Dec receipts are illegible, Jan was better but April illegible again. Thank you.

I contacted the customer service desk to search for an item, before making the drive in. Carol was extremely helpful, not only checking the system for stock but also having someone on the floor cross check that it was accurate. She also offered to call me back so I didn't have to stay on the line!

Had a real bad experience in the Coffee shop. Manager is really rude. You won't see me and a whole of my friends ever again.

I recently sought advice re a multi tool bought for me as a present. Having called over Labour wkend a friendly and helpful staff member (Kevin) suggested I pop in and see Craig (in another dept) as he was away til Thursday. I can't speak highly enough of how helpful they were and especially Craig who offered tips and knacks that were so useful. The knowledge and advice were beyond normal customer service and I wish to thank them for their assistance

I recently purchased a kit set hall wall unit which was missing correct parts LIAM was SO helpful. The issue was resolved quickly and he and other staff offered great customer service. May 22.

Returned a ride on mower for warranty repair, and the lovely lady on the front desk was so helpful and friendly. She followed up my emails with a phone call and went out of her way to organize the repair with the agent. The paperwork was all done ready for me to collect prior to dropping the mower in. Her help just made the entire experience so much easier and stress-free for me. Could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Thank you so much. You have made my day with your wonderful, friendly help and great sense of humour.

This store has amazing staff, whether on the floor, on checkout or in the trade area, every staff member stopped to politely ask if we needed help, Young Mathew in the bathroom and kitchen dept was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find what we needed. We are presently renovating and this store is a breath of fresh air unlike the local competition who seem to hide away if you look like you need help.

Have only been here once, had everything I needed. Prompt and friendly service, very helpful staff.

A useful store but not impressed with the staff at the drive-through timber section allowing customers to park on the yellow lines and blocking the traffic, especially when they do nothing when asked to keep the drive-through clear

I always visit here, they have a comprehensive range of all sorts and the staff are knowledgeable and very pleasant. The Cafe is also a must to stop for a snack and drink.
