Thanks for the quick response and a no hassle experience. My long time laptop issue was sorted in a jiffy. I highly recommend Northland Technology and NorthTel. I'll be getting my internet from them next. Great to have the local service on hand.

Spoke to Josh with a couple of computer problems. We are travelling from Australia. Was one of the nicest most helpful people i have spoken to and went out of his way at short notice to make sure all our problems were fixed. Cannott recomment Josh and Northland Technology highly enough.

Absolutely awesome these guys set us up with a cable that links 2 houses on our one internet subscription (houses are on the same title) told us our internet was good enough just needed the cable and modem so didnt upsell us unnecessarily. We had an issue with the modem after a year same day repair and then being the technophobes we are the connection dropped and the call back service called us back and repaired remotely. No long hold times! Absolutely amazing service and would recommend them to anyone!

Northland Technology is being run by two very clever and charming young men who can solve all your computer woes. They certainly solved mine and I am extremely grateful. What a comfort to know that help is there for us when we need it.

My mobile was not working said "network not available. " I tried to sort it out myself and was bit panicked. I gave up and contacted Northland Technology on a Sunday.

Just as the COVID lockdown hit, my new laptop charger failed. Northland Technology sourced a replacement from Auckland but it turned out to be a knockoff that didn’t work. Northland got on the phone to China and ordered one from the factory under warranty, none of which I could have managed. They really came through for me.

Northland Technology took on a security system job that two other companies had given up on and put in the too hard basket. Josh and Dylan were able to diagnose the problem quickly and have our security system back up and running in no time. I Highly recommend Josh and his team for any IT problems.

Customer service is terrible here. Wish I could say the computer service is better but I wouldn't know, they promised a free diagnosis but refused to actually look at the laptops without asking for money up front. I do not recommend Northland Tech, Josh was very rude and did not meet the expectations of a professional in the field. Go elsewhere for your computer needs if possible.

After becoming increasingly frustrated with our old WiFi System (Zenbu) at our property, Abri Apartments in Paihia, plus some areas having a "mediocre" signal we contacted Northland Technology. Within 24 hours Josh had contacted me and then provided me with a proposal to fix all of our issues. 2 days later it was all sorted! Thank You very much to the Team at Northland Technology for an excellent service.

The team at Northland Tech are real experts and provide practical and cost effective solutions. The reason we chose them is because they are local and respond quickly to issues. Communication is always quick and focussed on solutions.

We recently moved to Kerikeri and got Northland Technology to help us set up our internet connection. Cannot speak highly enough of the service given by Josh. Angel and Dylan. Nothing was too much trouble.they did troubleshooting on a few of our laptop problems and also set up a booster system to get great wifi coverage throughout our home. We highly recommend this great locally based firm.
