Purchased USA ribs online from Omark, shipped next day and arrived still frozen. Cooked the ribs on my Weber Smokey- Fire pellet BBQ, yum.

First time coming to this butcher and safe to say I was impressed. Brought some streaky bacon, steak pie and pork belly. The bacon was delicious and crisped up beautifully. The steak pie had some excellent flavour and the pastry was flaky and buttery (as it should be). Pork belly was equally delicious and made for some excellent crackling. Will definitly come here again when I'm in whangarei next, so many different things to try:)

Staff always have a friendly approach and know what they are talking about when it comes to meat, will even give you advice on how to cook it. Freezer needs fill with be going back
