Even though it was delicious, $10 for a large coffee (quite up there!). The garden and gift staff are just lovely.

If you are looking for scrumptious healthy food that looks good and tastes great this is an incredible eatery to be at. Nothing like sitting surrounded by gardens of colour, beauty and the cleanliness of everything. Wonderful team of workers. Just two of our unforgettable moments of pure deliciousness.

We enjoyed our coffee & eats as well as our shopping. Was pleased to find the Kapiti confectionery range there.wanted the marshmallows for a gift.

We were surprised that the food wasn't as good as a previous visit. We hoped it was a one off and I guess we will find out on our next visit. Interestingly our drinks came out well after our meals turned up.

Loved it. Theres lots of variety of plants, ferts and a cafe to order coffee, teas and muffins etc.

Cafe recommended for a small high tea or treat. Parks are narrow though. Plant shop average.

This shop has so much potential. So sad to see it is so run down. Everything just looks tired. Old faded labels on plants, no nice displays.
The Cafe is very nice tho.

Nice place to catch up with friends over a good coffee and lovely light fluffy scones. Great service.

It's lovely to look around, I found a beautiful hibiscus tree with yellow flowers at a very reasonable price. There is so much to see and they have a lovely cafe to visit that does great coffee and cakes

As all Nurserys in NZ, very expensive. Nice tea rooms. Pleasant to walk around amidst the plants.

Palmer's has lost its appeal, the range and quality of products on offer used to be so much better. Carparking is available just awkward getting in and out of. Would look else where for garden deals to be honest.

Went there for lunch.
The garden centre should b made smaller as its a bit neglected.
Maybe the back part of garden could b a carpark which is much needed.

Fantastic service from the Cafe. I forgot to order my Mum's coffee ️ half strength when I went back to ask for a half strength coffee ️ and willing to pay for it, they gave her one for free.blankets and heaters to keep you warm and amazing customer service bloody fantastic

Yes, love this centre, loads of giftware and plant pots etc to choose from. The Cafe is a must, great team and food.

Very friendly staff and tiday lovely hot soup, carrot, pumpkin and ginger which was delicious. Nice cabinet food

The place can be a wee bit expensive with certain items while other items are cheap enough. It's a good safe place for Garden Supplies.

Lovely cafe with plenty of GF food and interesting plants and gifts. Would recommend.

I Had a great look around as It was Easter Sunday, the weather was fowl and I was bored. A big thanks to the staff. I left with sunflower, poppy seeds and Rocket, watercress. Great happy advice from the team. I'll be back for mother's day ideas soon.

Cafe was very good but many of the plants in the garden centre were drooping from lack of water. Palmers used to have great plants but has gone down hill over the last few years.

Beautifully presented shop with lots to choose from just a bit pricey for me.food looked great and wonderful staff.
