Pizza Hut Whangarei

I asked for a Hawaiian pizza with no tomato base sauce as I'm allergic to tomatoes. I got home and my pizza had tomato base sauce on it. I will not be going there again.

Didn't pick up when I called. I just wanted to tell them that they're my favorite pizza place.

The owner is cheap, greedy, selfish and disrespectful, he refuses to put enough cheese on your pizza and is abusive to his employees.

Usually good but this week ordered online, got there at pick up time, paid. Then waited.and waited.the place seemed a bit hectic, anyways waited 15 mins extra to have the worker find my pizzas in the warmer the whole time.not the best.

The staff was very good. I requested them for a veg pizza and for it to be done without any cross contamination with any meat. They ensured that there is not cross contamination.

Stopped in for lunch after noticing the Box special sign on the street, only to find that this wasn't available due to the dough not being ready - disappointing.
I ordered a large pepperoni which I couldn't fault.

The pizzas were soooo good. It was puffy and really cheap. They were very busy, obviously a lot of people go there often. The service was fine. The only downfall was that it took maybe over 30 minutes to have our three pizzas ready. But in saying that, they were very busy so can't hold that against them

The yummiest I've had for a long long time I like how they use a conveyor belt to cook the pizza, time consuming and taste like I said, yummy. Love the limo slab.
The shop looked untidy but it was the end of the day?

Stink service on ordering when in the premises. I don't want to go back. Pizza makers were ok but hell I'm not sure why the girl was so unfriendly. Anyone would think she makes the pizza

EDIT: It appears not only do they often get your order wrong, but it's very difficult to get them on the phone to complain about it.

Consistently something wrong. Don't bother ordering delivery icecream, if they do remember it - it will be soup by the time it gets to you.

Leaving this review in response to calling up to complain about getting the wrong order and the person on the phone arguing that I never ordered with them. I'm sitting here with an incorrect order, what do you mean?

Try Dominos or hell pizza. At least they will answer the phone on the first try and respect you.

Food was missing on delivery. When the driver was asked, he got very grumpy. He then turned back up 15 mins later and drove up my driveway like an absolute maniac in his white Toyota Aqua. Glad my dog was inside and not under his wheel. Tosser!

Think our chip was a little but who cares if the pizza is On Point! Parents loved it and obviously the kids. A definite choice when mom needs to relax.

Food was great, 35 minute wait wasn't so great.with only one fulla cooking I'm guessing it will always be that way. Doubt I'll return

I ordered Supreme Pizza for my husband's birthday ONLINE AND NO DELIVERY WAS MADE! THE FIRST PERSON SAY IT WILL BE DELIVER SOON, SECOND FOLLOW UP. THEY COULDN'T FIND THE NAME AND EVEN INSIST IT'S BEEN DELIVERED? ! WHAT IS THIS? I PAID FOR IT AND NO DELIVERY?

Once again ordered food from you and it's missing part of my order again, tried calling the store no one answers it just keeps ringing, on top of that ordered 8 wings only got 5 chips are still hard and under cooked, hash browns we ordered didn't come with it, what a disappointment I didn't do the delivery to have to return the order to store to get my order completed, driver was friendly but as soon as order handed over he's gone so couldn't even double check to make sure everything is there, need some quality control sorted, this happens alot.worst part is you won't answer ya phone to sort this out,

50 minutes late, and delivery driver tried to blame it on me for not putting the unit number for the hotel that I'm staying at.even though in the delivery instructions it's clearly states the hotel and unit number that I'm staying at and also my contact number.needless to say I had to reheat the pizza.

The pizzas probly had less than a hundred grams of toping i was so disappointed i took it back they then showed me how the do the toping in a cup so small id say you are getting 10 g of meat and five little peaces of onion was so angry we usualy go dominos pizzas so much better i will never go to pizza hut again and will be telling everyone the story

Made my son wait at the next door neighbor for our order.
Rang non stop to change the address no one answered.

Went to Pizza Hutt because Dominos was closed. Pizza was dry as a board & pizza base wasnt even mixed properly, & has areas of unmixed ingredients.

Absolutely disgusting service, had logged a complaint to their HO and no replies whatsoever. When I was On holiday in Whangarei Ordered pizza for delivery, waited 45 mins attempted to call their store so many times and no replies.eventually pizza was delivered very very late and no apology and when I asked the delivery guy to get Manager to call me no calls have ever been received. This is the worst ever service from any Pizza Hut in NZ. Eventually I called again a week later and got verbally abused by the manager whom answered the call. So I went to RB HO. Am awaiting a response from them.
