Awesome service and atmosphere. The food was great, especially the starters. The only negative was the crispy pork belly and kumara mash. We ordered the main for two but there was barely enough kumara mash for one serving… maybe 3 tablespoons at the most. The pork belly serving was generous but the crispy pork was a bit dry and chewy. All the other meals that we saw come out of the kitchen looked delicious.

This comment has to do primarily with the quantity, quality and price of meals (snack portions) at lunch. Travelling to different countries regularly I am able to say that something is definitively wrong with resturants in Kerikeri:
1. In NZ, specifically Kerikeri and specifically P &F portion sizes have been cut by 2. Its not a meal it is a snack.
2. Reducing on ingrediants. Salads lack ingrediants and Pizza was a snack and had no tomato sauce.
3. Pricing are much higher than Paris, Amsterdam. In Paris at noon you get starter, main plate and 1 glass of wine for 22 euros, full plate. At P& L small pizza and extra small salade for 32NZ $. I come to NZ yearly so i am very surprized by what I am seeing happening and how the locals are exposed to these increase in costs, decrease in quantity and decrease in quality.
4. In addition their is no service, place order at cashier and pick up your meal at counter.

All this for 69NZ$: 2 salades, 1 pizza, 2 diet cokes. Price per person was: 34.50nz$ or 20euros.

I think that P & L should review its menu, it is not to the customers advantage.

Brilliant place to go (been 4x). Mid to upper market establishment. Quality, well cooked, presented and sized portions. It is very suitable for children to play as off the road and plenty of greenspace.

The most picturesque beer garden in Northland: Right on the Kerikeri River next to the historical Old Stone Store. Yummy wood fired pizza, crunchy Greek salad and much more, also a kids menu. Great indoor/outdoor atmosphere, family and pet friendly, ample parking.

Best meal we have had in a long time top notch food with beautiful presentation staff were accommodating and a pleasure to talk to, thank you to Dave & Judy.

Not many places open for dinner on Monday, I came here for a main, pan fried Hapuka with oyster mushroom, mush potato and broccolini. Big portion and super delicious. Good service and beautiful view.

The food was spectacular. The surroundings are always nice close to the Stone Store. Great staff.and lovely and warm on a cold evening.

Me and my partner got food poisoning from the pork belly, it tasted alright though (we got different meals but he finished my plate) we started feeling sick about 30 minutes to an hour later and had not eaten anything else for the afternoon

The restaurant is stylish but I love the outside area out the back for a relaxed afternoon - ordered a Pizza and Rosé and sat under the trees overlooking the river - bean bags available too. I recommend the egg plant/blue cheese/toasted kale pizza…I’m fussy with pizza bases, these are delicious!

The outdoor garden area is fantastic and the indoor setting just as good. Perfect place to take family or friends for a feed

Service was very good. Staff member was very polite. Steak was done to perfection and onion and garlic was removed as we both have intolerance to it. Salad was very good and feta was not overly salty. Desserts we excellent and not overly sugary. Cider was very good and became even more enjoyable on the second glass.

Like last time, I definitely recommend Plough & Feather.

We visited today and cannot fault this venue at all. Hreat food, great beers and great service!

It was abosolitely amazing! Really nice dhal! And the pork belly is absolutely amazing! The service is phenomenal! I really loved this place. Wonderful view super yummy food! Great place to go.

In Kerikeri for business as was recommended to try here. Pleased I did! Had the crab & bug pasta and it was just divine! Lovely setting, great atmosphere and friendly service. Thank you

Our family went for Sunday dinner the pork belly and Tuna were delicious. Our server was excellent Well worth a visit for food, wine and ambiance

We had an early supper (reservation for 17.00hrs)
The Atmosphere, Staff AND especially the Food, were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

The food was nice but the guy behind the bar was rude when we were paying our bill. It’s a shame because it spoiled the experience for us.

Had a lovely lunch here a few months ago. Everything was delicious, from pasta to desserts. The staff was really friendly and welcoming.

Went for lunch the other day. Not too busy as still pre summer season. Service was great, sprinkled with a little humour. Food was excellent, and as stated. My hubby doesnt eat broccoli but he did that day! Magic! Great location.
Next time we may do pizzas and a cold beer in their garden bar.
