Doctors have enrolled that much clients there's only same day appointments so if you ring 10 mins past 8am all the doctors are taken so useless wait times are pethetic. They send u to a nurse you still pay full price to get told you'll get a call from a doctor and the you leave you never get a call. So basicly you pay 30 odd dollars for a nurse to be nosie koz you never get results in the end

I’m done with this place it’s late 2023 and I still can’t book an appointment later than the same day because Covid-19 raumanga want you to try ring them a million times as they open and pray you get an appointment half the time they’re full and you can’t book one for the next day it’s just sorry try again how they’re full seeming it will be 8: 05am blows my mind when you can’t pre book.today they don’t even have their phone on usually it gives you an automated message if you ring at the wrong time today nothing just dial tone beeping for the last 20 minutes.my doctor here is great she’s awesome and the only reason I’ve stayed this long but the way they run the booking system I’ve finally had enough

Had a appointment for 11.15am and was seen at 11.30am. Very happy with the service I received.

Useless system call as they open because they say same day bookings and some how they are fully booked I've been going there my whole life and it's gone to the packs

Useless, I rung early in the morning for a appointment they told me to ring the next morning, I ring the next morning they said to ring in the morning again, so useless I go past it everyday and it doesn't look busy but says there booked out

I have been going to these doctors since i was 5 its been many years and most of ny reviews are great and i use to send people to these doctors as i use to find them very good supportive and friendly. But since the best doctor has left its gone to the packers ie same day appointment thats harsh we cant get to see anyone as by the time you get through all appointments are gone the receptionists are friendly to your face but can be very rude on phone the doctors don't pay attention to what your saying thay don't check you properly anymore and thay try get rid if you quickly without checking you properly very disappointed starting to lose faith in doctors these days as it feels like thay don't really want to treat you if your sick but we need doctors to help us

Have been a patient at the Clinic now for many years. I have my favourite doctor, and I appreciate his trust and help at every consultation. Keep up the good work, ladies in the Reception, your position must sometimes be stressing, but I always am greeted by a friendly face and big smile. Thank you all.

I saw Dr. Tayla Forde who was amazing to deal with was nervous about seeing a new doctor but she was very professional, curiosity and just had a really friendly vibe, which made the whole experience easy.
I'm glad I went to her over my normal doctor.

The Doctors I have seen here are lovely but the receptions are mostly rude and it makes it a very horrible place to be in. Most people who go to the doctors are not well and your first greeting should be one of kindness not rudeness surely this should be a condition of getting a job in a medical center. I always dread going to the doctors for this reason: (

Horrible people they hang up my old doctor left with out writing my last medication new doctor has left me with no medication for my bio polur pain etc they left me abandent patient i feel not only was this the first time doctor lockely didnt even care and wouldnt write me a letter for hospital leaving me to collasp and had a back op then he write signs my winz scripts and now doctor abraham has left they been nasty mean hanging up leaving me with no medication for my illness and pain it really is mis medical condat and also hung on a suroprt person im so upset after 6 7 year that how they treat people doctor abraham hiw could u leave ur patient in care of them have no one i paid u for july yet they are refusing to help i could not get in till 16 yet i was told well u dont u go with out i hope that nothing happens to me i m sad u could treat a person a human that way i got no were to go and i git to go were im hated not wonted after all those im trying to find doctor that left me with them to abuse me i seen several people review how they were treated shooking some one do something im now left soon wih no inhaler other medaction lockely signed all my stuff when abraham now he play god he refuse to take my call the lasy answearing ph hang up practice manger very rufde bronnwan was nice fair not new one shooking abandent i feel after 6 7 year that how they treated abraham never finish what he said hed do mis mediacal condut sad left me in tear shocked felt alone to knw were i stand my right in this medical centre u have no right and now money they txt pay my bill never has this been done they bulling me

I would not recommend this medical centre to anyone because they are not 100% caring. My child has been turned down for help. I have been kicked out for minor reasons lols doesn't worry me much and these people accused me for threatening them when really it was them who threatened me with the cops lols. It was a really good visit from them too.lols. No physical evidence in me actually threatening them, just painting a picture that didn't actually happen lols. I will never let my family go there again. They have unhappy workers there anyways, so it's not good customer service.
