Spark Store Kerikeri

Only a short wait and great service. My issues with my phone and my plan were sorted quickly and efficiently.

After waiting outside the store for over half an hour the 3 people in the store that were there when I arrived showed no signs of their problems being sorted by the 3 young women on the counter. I entered the store twice but was told. We won't be long but you will have to wait outside. I was joined by 4 others waiting outside to obtain service when I decided to head back to my car and rescue my melting groceries. I would have had more success robbing a bank with a gun.

Very helpful in their advice in helping you decide what phone or other devices you may want
They will transfer data from your old phone to your new one
You can leave your old phone or other devices with them for recycling

Very helpful crew. I had lost cellular functionality and thought the worst, but the young lady worked on my phone and fully restored services. Came in with a brick and left with a phone. Thank you all.

Felt they listened to spark issues but cant ever seem to do anything about it.did make an appointment online for us for spark accounts to ring us at home.and they did!
Hopefully all sorted now

I wish I had an experience to comment on but unfortunately every time I call it goes through to voice mail.
Update: I finally got through before closing hours and they don’t stock the item anyway.
