Good customer service but their coverage map is really bad and can't be trusted. Please don't rely on their map because it is worse coverage than competitors

Really astonished by the arrogant behavior of the tech guy. First the team sells me something that doesn't work, although I shared the camera specs and sim requirements from the very first day, and then they failed to fix it, then refused to take it back and insisted that I will have to pay for the package for 30 days. Not just that, when I said the camera works fine with the 2 degree sim, he accused me of lying and 'I dont know that'. Unbelievable.

Needed help with my new zip phone. Very helpful but had to wait in queue for service for a long time

Great service, friendly staff, on the ball and technically savvy. Stress free, I don't know why I write this, but that's how I felt as a customer in this store. Clean, millennial look. So are their cell phones.

I took out a deal with Spark for the women rugby cup games. I used it when i remembered but my phone screen is too small to see the games clearly.

The staff are very nice but try to get any information is a very difficult process and the 0800 people say one thing and do another

Wow, sorry can't remember young ladies name that served me, but she was exceptional. The way she explained things and demonstrated how to access things to me made it look so easy.

What can't I say about Cameron Street Spark? After no luck with their 0800 number to the Phillipines (friendly but.) and the Spark FB page, I went to town to the store. You can't beat face to face with real people! Finally my problem was resolved by the super friendly, super helpful, super lovely Alex. She was a-ma-zing. I hope Spark appreciate her. And the young man by her was so nice too while Alex went out the back, chatting with me, assuring me I couldn't go wrong with Alex because she's so knowledgeable, offering to get me a drink, etc. (Unfortunately I didn't catch his name but he had a beard and wore glasses). I have heard great things about the Whangarei Spark store staff in the past and they are definitely not exaggerations.

The most terrible waiting times 2 waiting and 2 staff members working on Saturday while more then 10 customers in store waiting never coming back to this store

I went to the Spark store to do business and found that the people working there had not put in any seating for the extra time in line. I stood there foe an hour waiting to be served. So they blame covid. But is it covids fault that everyone including disabled folks and pensioners have to stand on lines in the middle of the store. All the while everyone could see a pile of chairs just laying idle at the back of the shop. New owners from last time i was there. I did finally get my urgent biz done thanks to the v helpful girl at the counter. To the new owners i say POOR EFFORT!

Amazing staff. They help me way beyond what I expected. I recommend the Whangarei store. Exceptional people.

Awesome place, great staff, no chairs to sit down because of covid restrictions. Arrive early is best.

Sorted, without any problems. Very pleasant young man, numbers restricted in store. Would happily go back.

Processed my click n collect early, great staff working under trying traffic light system. Highly recommend maybe just ring in advance if you can made my experience easier anyways lol

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Staff were rude, uninterested in helping me or providing a solution to my problem, and had a don’t care attitude! I had to get the POLICE involved to get the product I ordered that they refused to give me! I will NEVER NEVER EVER EVER go back there! My advice: go elsewhere or contact Spark online. The call centre staff were lovely and tried to find a solution for me by calling the store, to no avail. So steer clear of Spark Store Whangarei if you want friendly staff and good customer service! It’s a sad sad day when the police have to come and force the staff to serve a customer!

Very very disappointed in the service received at this store. We wanted to buy speakers but needed to check they fitted first as buyer was 6'6" stature. They would not open the packet and had none on display. We purchased and opened in the store - they were too small so wanted to swap for larger ones which at a higher price. The staff member took so long we decided to leave him for 20 minutes and come back when he had sorted out the paperwork. When we got back he was on his break and someone else had to sort it all out. Be prepared and allow yourself at least an hour to purchase anything in this store.
