Taylor Road Home

I wish I lived close enough to visit this store, but alas I don't, so my review is for their online service. They have a superior selection of high quality goods compared to other NZ retailers and the prices are competitive. Where they really impressed me was in the area of customer service. I had to change something in the order and was able to call and get that fixed before my order shipped as well as getting them to add more to my package from a second order which allowed me to save on shipping. Anne was amazing! The packaging protected all the items that I ordered and was also sustainable. I'm very impressed and this will be my first online stop in the future for homeware!
