Replaced my phone screen within an hour, amazing service. Excellent price, so much cheaper then I expected.

Raj was very professional, the service was quick and fairly priced. It was a relief to get my sons phone screen fixed so promptly and efficiently.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Really friendly guy… ordered our part straight away. Just had to leave the phone there overnight next day it was fixed will be definitely coming back to the shop highly recommend we had our charging port and screen fixed, very cheap Aswell HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I dont do reviews but here we go.
Brought in laptop to get fixed and was told they’ll call me with quote that day. A week later no call to walk in and find that it was still sitting there not being looked at and then was told it’ll be looked at it urgently to come back 2 weeks later still with no communication and to be told they don’t have the part for it. A waste of 4 weeks when it could of been sorted with a simple message and call.

My Android screen was relpaced here but the gluesing was terribly done i can see inside my phone and i can see the glue never go here it is a SCAM

Ship doesn't look great but the guy that works there is very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Been there three times. Twice, the owner just looked at the phone, fixed the issue and did not charge for his service because for him it was an easy fix! I said I was happy to pay for his specialist input but I got was a lovely smile. He told me where I could find the same information on how to fix my problem on youtube but seriously, who has time to do that? 100% for customer service. Since I am also a small business owner, I appreciate that people with specialist training should be compensated for their knowledge.

Honest technician. He quoted me a service fee to get my phone fixed. He rang to say that some parts of my phone, he was able to fix but couple of other features were likely related to the phone being a bit dated. Then he charged me for what he fixed - not the full quote. Personally I was happy to pay for his time as he still had to spend time coming to that conclusion. He did not try to upsell another product. Just gave an honest service.

Took my iPhone 11 in to have the back glass replaced.when I finally got it back the volume buttons are broken and Face ID no longer works.the phone was working perfectly before. When I queried this I was just told "they take no responsibility". A complete waste of money!

Don’t use the Whangarei branch. Took my partners iPhone in with issues regarding charging and holding battery life. After they put a ‘new’ battery in and cleaned the charging port, it was only a matter of a few weeks before the phone was in worse condition then before getting it ‘fixed’. Absolute waste of money.

Don’t use the whangarei branch. Took my iPhone 8 for a new screen. Phone worked perfect before they opened up the phone. Told phone had water damage. Sent the phone to a reputable phone repair company in Auckland. No water damage found. Very poor attempt to replace the screen causing damage by technofix. They paid for the phone repair.

Honestly don't even bother with these people.

I have had 2 phones fixed here (Samsung s5 back in 2016 and recently an iPhone 10)

When my s5 was done, we fixed it because there was photographic evidence of apprenticeship work that was needed for assignment papers and they FACTORY RESET the frikken phone so we had it fixed for nothing and the screen replacement wasn't even a Samsung screen and fell out not even 2 weeks later.

Iphone similar situation. The screen wasn't legit except instead of resetting it, the glass screen wasn't genuine and they damaged the device screen so it was glitching. Took it to GSM solutions and they fixed both with proper parts.

I have had my iPhone screen replaced around 2 months ago and the screen recently just popped off and the display is glitching. Was advised this could be their poor parts or a botched glue repair job. Very disappointed.

Loved that the person was honest with me and rather advised me to purchase a new cell phone than repair a screen

Went to get a screen replacement everything working fine then a couple days later I turn my phone on my pushing my home key and it makes a loud vibrating noise not to happy and won’t recommend this place oh and my friend got her phone screen replaced too because he’s cheap but now her phones glitching i don’t know if that’s what happenes when you get your phone screen replaced
