The Warehouse Kaitaia

The check out operators are awesome, polite & professional, however the lady at the customer service desk I think her name is Hilda, her behavior is completely rude & unprofessional but everybody else there. AMAZING!

Great staff. Had a new freezer that I purchased (and found damaged when I opened the package at home) replaced with new the next day.no fuss, no paperwork. 100% recommend

My recent experience at the shop was quite impressive. The young shop worker went above and beyond by providing me with an extra container lid. This act of kindness was unexpected and greatly appreciated. It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and I want to commend the shop and its staff for their attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Life-changing experience! I met the love of my life at this Warehouse in Kaitaia. I was sitting on the bench in the entrance area when I scouted this young lady. After talking a wee bit to her I wasn't too sure at first glance. Though, after a while, we ended up together travelling and exploring the surroundings and other parts of New Zealand, when we fell in love eventually. Today, over four years later we're still happily in love! I definitely didn't get a bargain at this Warehouse.instead I got the most precious thing there is in life.

Customer service and a smile would not go astray for some of the staff. It is a shame as others have been very helpful and friendly. The older lady who usually operates at the customer service desk is very rude. I hope improvements are made.

Was ok when we stayed the night at the Norfolk motel my friends and I realised we had no change of clothes and panties toothbrush etc for the night and needed these before it closed. Was a nice store workers aren't very friendly though not too sure about now

Rude customer service at Kaitaia Warehouse! Lady named Angie was extremely rude to my partner and I as we were getting fireworks for our niece and nephew. Her excuse for talking to us rudely is " this is how i talk" well if that is how you talk you shouldn't be in customer service! The customer next to us saw the whole encounter and was disgusted with the way this Angie lady had spoken to us! Myself, my partner and the customer that witness the whole encounter will definitely be going to head office about this! That lady is down right rude! And shouldn't be in customer service if you dont know how to speak to your Customers properly!

Big new complex. Clean tidy, great parking area. Lots of it. Staff are good, apart from the warehouse forklift lady. She’s grumpy hahaha. Hi Michelle

Just another branch of the chain. Nothing special. The prices match up with other locations. Low to medium quality goods at fairly low prices. Customer service is never a priority at any branch of The Warehouse, they tend to leave you to your own devices. No better or worse than any other location. If you like odd items like imported drinks or sweets, turn right after entering and walk all the way past the checkouts. In that far corner you will find imported drinks and sweets. Clothes and shoes are low quality, but considering the cost of alternative clothiers, it's cheaper to buy a t-shirt at the Warehouse that you replace every year.

Stock has improved and quality as well. I have noticed that mens clothing is size wise more pertinent to NZ males. Now Mens is a genuine dize gor example.

Always shop here especially for clothes always great prices great products and I love the special crazy deals the staff all very helpful)
