The Warehouse Waipapa

Had the most disgusting service from a Maori woman (didn't get her name as she wasn't wearing a name badge) and another woman by the name of Suzy. Both of these women had a foul attitude when I tried to return one of the Warehouses over priced, junk products. Suzy spoke to me in the most condescending tone and the Maori woman was plain rude. I don't think either of them suit being in customer service roles.

Shocking service
Q’s at checkout, only two checkout operates 9 people in the Q’s no one socially distancing or being monitored.
One colleague at the front of the store reducing item looked at the Q’s and turned her back on it and carried on reducing
4 or 5 other colleagues on the shop floor.
Not one call to open more checkouts

Had great service in the past but this time was a shocker.
Had my phone for months, finally replaced it. Said I could take info off it then didn't call.

The staff were the friendiless and most welcoming Warehouse staff I have come across, really appreicate how warm and inviting it was.

Never had a bad experience here, but one of your trainees - Marion - absolutely kept her cool today when absolutely swamped with difficult customers. She deserves a medal

Very well stocked and extensive range. Abundance of parking. Helpful staff and the service was excellent.

I love shopping this Warehouse. It is well stocked with a great variety, it is a one-stop for everything from car accessories to office supplies to grocery items. The Warehouse also stocks the cheapest priced cleaning supplies and beauty products, worth a look.

I have found the employees very knowledgeable in their work areas and do rely on their judgment/opinions when making choices and hard decisions. There is minimal queuing at the checkout, and all checkouts are constantly manned, so this cuts down waiting times. Excellent in my book!

Located in a bigger shopping complex with lots of parking and about 5 disabled persons car park spaces available. There is a variety of other shops within the whole complex, so could work for you if you can't find what youre looking for. Otherwise great for browsing and a day out.

A very friendly family based store and I will always return to this particular store in Waipapa. A great and pleasant experience.

Typical of any other warehouse which I'm sure will please the corporate expectations of the company policy

Something you don't see in the big city stores

Products are pretty bad quality, especially for the prices. Friendly staff. Helps the community which is good to know. You can buy just about anything here, furniture, photo frames, craft stuff, shoes and clothes, phones, TVs and movies, toys, books, plants. Great range of things.

The best Warehouse in the country. The staff made shopping there a pleasure with their helpfulness, welcoming smiles & professionalism. Nothing was too much bother for any staff members I approached for assistance. Other Warehouse outlets should definitely take training from the Waipapa staff, as they made shopping for me a painless and enjoyable experience. Thank you Waipapa Warehouse and keep up the amazing job you are doing, you all are awesome

Great place to pick up what appear to be good quality items from electrical to clothes. I've only given it 4 stars as this one seemed poorly stocked in comparison with the next one I visited.

This is one of the most friendly Warehouse Stores I have visited. From the hello when you enter the store till the smile when you leave is great. If any item is not in store they are very happy to advise you what other branch my have it and even organise delivery. Very happy to return on a regular basis.

Waupaca warehouse is awesome. Great customer service and all staff has smiles and happy to help. Prefer to go there

Always seem to be good value but you need to be discerning in your choices.
Friendly and extremely helpful staff.

Stood at entertainment desk for about 20 minutes in all, after 4 calls for staff to go to the desk eventually 2 showed up and it turned out they didn't have the item the website stated and had it for many months.

Love it there due to they have more clothes and alot of things we need and know what they selling.so il give them 5 stars.customer services is great

Just picking up a click and collect, quick service but was told that I'd be ok as it was light to load myself even though it clearly stated 2 person lift, think a bit of "countryfication"may be happening

Staff helpful. A small town set up with all the basics. Shop at Whangarei if you need greater choice.

My family loves the warehouse waipapa. We are in there so much kinda feels like home lol.
So many friendly local faces. You get to know everyone. I wanted a product that had run out on the shelf & a lovely gentleman climbed on a ladder & searched high & low until he found the product. What service.
