82 Never left a bad review before but the service here was apalling.
I brought a picture frame without looking properly and when I went to place it in gently flat in the boot of the car the glass cracked all the way across the picture.
I went back inside thinking the staff would be understanding due to their lower quality of glass having faults occasionally and I was rudely told that I was lying and must have dropped it. I was told their staff carefully check each item and it couldn't have been cracked or flawed before purchase and I would have to buy another one.
It's losing its lustre
Never any staff around if need assistance for anything
They are all at the check out counters & not around the store.
Cutting costs & no customer service
The tall Maori lady at the Customer Help desk yesterday couldn't have been more helpful. I only had a small query, but she blew me away with her warmth & obvious commitment to finding a solution. That's how customer service is done. Diamond.

Maree was amazing today with a large job for me. It was a challenge but she figured it, carried it out, checked thoroughly and found an error which she then corrected. Five stars to her!
Photo printing at WS
Turns out very dull. Looks like chewed gum tbh. They have no ability to adjust the printer settings so all your color photos look cool toned/grey.
Disappointed
Actually visited the Warehouse stationery which is inside this business.
They have a wide range, regular and great specials and zthere staff are super friendly and helpful
At the stationery window suggested that if customer service person there and not available to serve to put a sign out. Stood in queue with several others while this person tinkled away on the computer at an "open" counter oblivious to the crowd gathering in the queue. No seating for disabled like myself. Not first time visiting this town and this store that I experienced similar poor attention to service. Asked for some postage stamp and all the have are books of 50.no use to me or many really given that the use of snail mail is almost extinct. Fair go@!
Found this place very spacious and easy to walk through.
Staff on hand no matter which way you looked with welcoming smiling faces and are only to willing to help.
Saw a question of how old you have to be to work there. I done some enquiries for you and the age is 16.
If you are at school they are Moore than happy to work round your school and study hours.

Disorganized, really good photo machine pity had to wait for 45 mins for the staff to even look for the prints. Terrible customer service.
After a state of an emergency the warehouse should be accepting payment cards from work and income or social development Enterprises they can't even do this what happened to moving to a cashless Society when in an emergency you can't get cash you can't do than EFTPOS machine you can't use anything including a payment card from the ministry of social development
Be very careful of their discount signs, first you have to download their app and take in a barcode to get your discount. If you have already purchased your item you have do down load their app and take the barcode back to them to get your dizcount i and many others im guessing are not aware of " the market app" until i rang to enquire why i did not get the discount off the clothes i purchased.
Shocking
Have tried call 6 time today to see if my printing was ready and or all six time not one person in the pickup the phone
So I now have to drive an hour and half just to see if it ready
Incredibly poor customer service
I normally conduct my fortnightly shopping at the ware whare 1 hour before closing. This is due to myself suffering with 2 medically diagnosis mental illnesses and every time I go there my experience bis awful. The secruity with long hair assigns other staff members to discreetly follow me. This satrted 2 months ago when I instantaneous forgot to pay for a pair of ugg botts. My daughtbput them in by mistake under other things. The secruity approached us and without consent ripped evething out of my trolly. I was so distress I left the store crying with no support from anyither uolone staff

I did everything correctly on the Kiosk, and finalized prints. *Apparently it didnt.
The sad thing is I expected all to go well at WAREHOUSE STATIONARY WHANGAREI so I deleted my original photos.before I was informed that nothing printed. I was more then upset.gutted. Arrrgggg.now you understand why I'm giving WAREHOUSE STATIONARY WHANGAREI only 2 STARS. ️️. This time.
I suggest you search other Kiosks photoprinting and dont-dont delete until the photos are in your hand.
Found floor staff most reluctant to show me where items I was looking for. Pointing is not enough when floor is so large.
Large warehouse store size compared to others, currently under renovations so inside looks bland

Breast Cancer Support Northland Trust needed some printing done for an event. We had business cards, A1 poster and some A4 double sided documents printed. The service and quality of the finished products were great. I had some questions and Nic explained the options in full, she has great customer service skills and accommodated our needs well. We would use again.
