Great to know Paul and his team. Max came all the way out to us to fix a problem and is just a really nice young man and has so kindly and patiently explained other problems I had on my devices. Paul’s professionalisms and friendly attitude is most appreciated by u s and we were grateful he even helped us late one night. It is awesome to know IT is there to help when you need them either remotely or with the extra bonus to visit them in their lovely little office and enjoying the yummy fudges their offer while they fix your Computer. We have been using UIT for many years for our business IT, and over this time we have built an awesome working relationship. Paul and his team are always friendly, professional and work with us to offer solutions that suit us and our business.
Whenever we have something urgent come up (which can be something going wrong, or way too often just a request we forgot about until the last minute) we know we can always rely on UIT to be there for us when we need them.
In the very rare event something isn’t quite right they are always very happy to sort it out, and we really appreciate the relationship we have built with Paul – he is fantastic to deal with, knows our business well and knows what we want from our IT and makes sure we get it.
Nothing is ever a problem, and the attitudes of not just Paul but also his team are always top notch. Normally it’s a hassle working with IT companies but these guys make it easy!

My experience at UIT was abysmal, do not use this business.

UIT will leave you disappointed and angry, with your technology in worse condition then when you brought it in to be fixed.
My laptop had a simple screen error that needed a fairly routine fix. I clearly outlined the issue to the company and paid a hefty deposit. UIT totally failed to fix my laptop issue, or to even offer any helpful advice.
Their only suggestion to me about the cause of the error was incorrect. I felt that being a young woman they assumed I wouldn't understand their bogus explanation at all and just readily accept it. I then verified with two other computer experts that this 'cause of the problem' was totally implausible.
I politely accepted their incompetency and picked up my laptop with plans to take it to another, hopefully superior, repair shop.
However when I examined my laptop at home, I was shocked to discover that when reassembling my laptop components they had used blunt force, both leaving the side partially unattached and causing a crack in the bottom of my laptop! When I rang to complain and seek a solution I was met with a totally unprofessional attitude and denial of any fault on their part. I am disgusted with their total contempt for the customer, and am currently still fighting to receive some acknowledgement and a refund.
