5 stars for Alistair who went above and beyond to help us with our sim issue. 1 star for one nz who have a silly long winded system in place for dealing with an error when activating the sim!

Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Was really impressed with Allister in the Okara Shop how he made it look so simple with added humour. He ran through it with me when I did it to make sure I got it after a few test runs. 10/10 Allister all round.

I've had a long-standing issue with my home broadband. After multiple attempts by head office to sort it, I went into the shop. Vaughan was fantastic to deal with, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and did what he said he was going to. He has also checked up on the solution to make sure its still working. I'm a very happy customer. Waiting for fibre to be installed, but in the meantime I can now work from home again!

Broke my phone yesterday so I popped in store this morning. Sales persin Allister was very helpful, fast and efficient. I am terrible with technology and really appreciated the help. Traded in the old phone, transferred my files to new phone and even put on my screen protector
Plus i feel like i got a bargain on a great product which is always nice.

Awful service, there is a long queue right now and the sales ppl don't seem to care about that and speed up a little bit.

Can be busy as only store in Whangarei.crazy I reckon.
Definitely need a store more central.

I felt my custom was not wanted. Pulling teeth for information. The answers were not available easily for sales person. Not sure I believed what the answers were. Sales person was ok. The plus was they were open on Sunday. But didn't feel special although in market to spend a lot of money.

After coming in on March 6th to purchase a phone and being reassured that it would arrive in the coming week. It's now April 27th and I'm still no closer to even having contact with somebody that can set me straight about what's happening. Multiple visits to the store and calls being forwarded to the manager have gone unanswered. Highly dissatisfied with quality of customer care. Guess I'll come in again next week when we pass the two month mark.

Phonecall was diverted to call center. I was seeking local advice. Room for improvement definitely.

The help I received from (I am sorry I forget the name of the young lady that helped me - Sharee?) was excellent today 19 December 2021 between mid day and 1330 hours. The team where all very busy but nothing was to much trouble for them. Thanks again for the Great service. Regards Mike Douglas

Have been into the store twice about a replacement Vodafone TV box, saw 2 different people - both assured me I would be contacted within a couple of days, after 2 weeks this has escalated to a complaint via the 0800 team.and still I wait coming up for 3 weeks

Service was good enough but my reason for being there wasn't good, hard to give a proper rating. Also I have to go back a third time so we'll see and update the review then. Brand new Samsung phone failed 2 weeks in. Not Vodafone's fault though.

Unbelievable, only 1 person in front of us inbthe queue. Very helpful customer service guy. Thank you

Bit of a queue at 930am. Young man was very helpful and efficient. All done within 5 mins once served.

If the USP of the shop is staff indifference to any enquiry that will not necessarily engender a sale, then.success!

Twice a young man named Zach has worked very hard to sort my ongoing problem. Really nice attitude and very helpful.

Thaught my Galaxy J5 had carked it so took it into Vodafone Okara for one of the Ninjas to look at it. Was 24/12/2020. So was a wee bit busy in Okara shopping centre at 8: 30am waiting for the shop to open at 9am. But everyone waiting to get in the shop were all in a festive mood.
My Vodafone Ninja was a very pleasant young man whom was very knowledgeable and had awesume customer service skills. I ended up buying the Samsung A11, screen protector and cover. He transferred all my data, pictures etc. I am thoroughly happy with the service provided.

These guys and girls here are absolutely fantastic. I'm not the best with technology but these people here really know their stuff. Special thanks to Tom and Paulette for your patience and great customer service today. It was really appreciated. Cheers Craig.

Dealing with Robbie from Cbd Vodafone is awesome his customer service is fantastic he goes above and beyond for his customers and company

Xavier, Rangi and Rachel are fantastic. We had an issue with my Dads phone number and ended up in the terriable Vodafone customerer service loop where the 0800 number team say they can not help go to the store and the store know it gets done by the customer service team. I went back to the store and Xavier sat on the phone and chased around for 45 minutes until he found someone to fix my phone, Rachel sorted out a few other things we had on our accounts and Rangi chatted to us between customers so we didnot get bored:). Fanastic team - this is the type of service you get in Whangarei. Thank you this means a so much to my dad.
