Vodafone Kerikeri

Thank you Dave for the amazing customer service! Dave went above and beyond to get my phone repaired under warranty and I really appreciate the time and extra effort he put in to get the job done. Highly recommend him and his team at One NZ Kerikeri.

Just went into One Kerikeri and was waiting in line to be served, I observed an older gentleman verbally abusing poor Kristy behind the counter because he was having some user technical issues which definitely wasn’t her fault, she did not deserve to be treated like that and I just wanted to say that she handled herself amazingly, was super professional and still nice and polite to the gentleman given the circumstances. Amazing customer service Kristy! Hope your day gets better! And thank you for helping me out too!:)

Staff are all very helpful and they went the extra mile for me when I had a phone problem.

Really helpful, took the time to provide the service we needed to buy a new phone, transfer data and redeem product promotion.

Had new iPhone screen protector put on my iPhone 8 this morning. Very pleased with the job by lady in the job. Well done & thank you.

Very poor service the last 3 times we have used this store. Have had insurance claim phones to drop off which we asked the technician if my partner could drop the phone off (too which she said yes) only to get there and be told by somebody behind the counter no she couldnt accept the phone because it was not her phone even though my partners name is on our account. Then when asked to speak to the technician that we spoke with was told they were too busy and would not be able to help. Drove 50 minutes all the way home, rang vodafone who put me through to the store technician again who apologised and said that that should not have happened and to bring it back down and she would come out and collect it. This has happened too us twice. Long story short the counter service has terrible despite our best efforts!

Sorry to say.just getting back to manufacturing settings.
Just lost a lot of contacts. And blue tooth settings.

Can't call the branch. Most people at Vodafone do not know how to transfer calls and no one knows where Kerikeri is. But that is not surprising since every time I dialled the number, it was picked by someone in India who knew nothing about NZ.

Service is outstanding in this shop.makes ya want to use vodaphone all the time however wouldn't of needed to drive for over an hour if Vodaphone just answered there bloody phone calls

Thank you to the lady who helped me with my dads flip phone this afternoon. I couldn't get the ringer to work so he could hear his phone, so hiked it to Vodafone Kerikeri. Your a legend and I am so grateful you got it to work for us.

The staff lady that was there was very helpful and good at her job and put me onto a way better plan that I didn't know about

The service was excellent. We had queries regarding our bill and the salesperson was patient and very informative.

Kerikeri branch has a lovely manager who was efficient and helpful. Explained everything i needed to know and fixed the problem in a timely fashion

The at Vodafone Kerikeri are always busy but meet each customer with a smile and make them welcome. They are extremely helpful and professional and know their products

Able to talk to them face to face and they answered my queries although the answers to my queries were not what l wanted to hear they did clearly and correctly.
