These guys are terrific.had a small job (out if my league as an oldie) to do, they were so obliging and did it while I waited. Also gave me a few hints. Thanks Guys.

Beautiful fire box unit, flu needs some improvement, but mostly I'm here to comment on the customer service. Delivery of their customer service (or at least the individual who I dealt with, was arrogant and unhelpful. I hope they find my comment constructive rather than attacking and use as food for thought on future dealings with other customers.
