7Called receptionist, was put on hold for 6 minutes then they hung up without notice, called back and asked what happened, they laughed didn’t answer and didn’t apologise. Very rude. Every time we try make a booking have to call multiple times to get an appointment they make it harder then it should be especially when young kids are sick it’s very disappointing I don’t understand why they can’t just give you a time like everywhere else does instead of all the messing around waiting. Every time the receptionist asks personal questions about what’s wrong and say have to wait until they talk to the doctor first, like they are choosing who they want to see, you should just be Able to call book in a time and speak about what’s wrong with the doctor privately when you see them rather then telling someone who doesn’t know anything about medicine what’s wrong and then being told to wait all day for a call back.

When we first joined Westend under Dr Hilary Willson, it was an amazing practice to come to. Over the years it has changed, and availability of appointments lacking.
I am still waiting for a call back from the Dr I sent photos to in September! Oh but I have received an account for payment.
For this reason and the many others over the past couple of years, I have changed practices.
The receptionist Sophie Very slack I rang to get my emergency script on the Friday still nothing has been done and now it's Monday afternoon I DO NOT RECOMMEND if I could give half star I would.
Your receptionist sofie takes ages to answer your phone. You open at 8 called at 9 was calling for 5 minutes no answer only to be put on hold again once she answered sort it out.
The centre has a family feel which I appreciate. In my experience the staff have been kind, warm and friendly and I've seen others be treated in the same way. In a sometimes challenging service and definately in the current challenging times, well done
