7 Manata Queenstown Golf Ski Party Holiday Home

Fabulous home/s for 19 of us. 12 Adults and 7 children. Plenty of room for all to be comfortable, with three vehicles making day trips etc so easy. Spectacular views across the lake with easy access to town as well. Guy was a wonderfully responsive and helpful host.
The drive into town generally takes only about 5 minutes, however during "Peak Hour" can be quite slow, so check this if you have specific plans. Or if the weather is good, it's only a 20 minute walk.
We definitely recommend 7 Manata as a fabulous base for a few days, or a week or more.

We spent a great week with friends at 7 Manata.
It has beautiful views and the unseasonably cold weather that kept us indoors did not deter from this due to the high glass windows and very warm interior.
Comfortable bedding, clean fresh linen and plenty towels, kitchen is well stocked with all the requirements.
The 3 included cars are a huge bonus!
I would certainly recommend this holiday home and look forward to returning.

The ever changing views of the lake and mountains from 7 Manata were spectacular. The accommodation and bonus of 3 Prados was ideal for 16 women golfers. All amenities were more than adequate with living/dining and balcony areas perfect for socialising.
The location is very handy with close access to shops, bus route and an easy picturesque walk to the city centre and lake. Highly recommended for any large group.

Had a fantastic time at manata 7.16 of us stayed there comfortably and had the use of 3 Toyota prados. The view from the accommodation was absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend manata 7 and will be returning soon. Photos from the balcony on 2 different days. Easy to get to all the golf courses.

Manata 7 is a great place for big groups. Lots of space to socialise on the large deck and in the living / dining / kitchen areas. Lots of rooms & bathrooms makes it easy for large groups. The spas and the Toyota Prado’s were an added bonus, and the views were SPECTACULAR! Highly recommend.

Great property, very comfortable for large groups, breathtaking views of the Remarkables and the lake, also includes use of 3 x 4wheel drive Toyota Prado's in the garage. Great value, highly recommend, will definately stay at 7 Manata again.

Accommodates a large group comfortably. Very spacious and well appointed with a breathtaking panorama. Wonderful to have the use of the 3 Prados to get us to and from the golf courses.

Amazing views and accomodation in these two homes with everything any visitor could wish for. A stunning place to relax and only 3 kilometres from cbd and a great array of attractions.

We have just spent 2 weeks at this absolutely amazing property in Queenstown. 16 of of us, all keen golfers from Australia. The accommodation is superb and of the ultra highest quality. Each couple had their own room and bathroom with spare rooms left over. The 2 big outside SPAS were heated perfectly for our arrival. The cleanliness of the houses were impeccable. Big kitchens and living areas. Fully outfitted for whatever culinary delights you could want for. The outside BBQs (x2) were fully gassed & ready for use and were first class. AND.to be given full use of 3 x Toyota Prados (included in the rental) made this the No1 rental in Queenstown.
AND.the views are breathtaking. The snowcapped Remarkables and the magnificent lake all felt so close. We were able to watch all the watersports on the lake and see the base jumpers come over the mountains from the balcony.
Great Restaurants and bar and licenced supermarket a few minutes walk away. Easy walking tracks at back of property will take you into the CBD or harder walks up the mountain if you prefer.
This is the best place for 'value for money' imaginable. I cannot recommend it more highly. I and my friends will certainly be back whenever we can.

Our golfing group of 14 stayed at 7 Manata recently. Views from the property are spectacular and property is well equipped to cater for large groups. Also the complimentary three 4wd vehicles that come with the booking were also a huge bonus for our group. Our golfing group will certainly return. Great value, great location!

Such a well set up for big groups and families in a stunning location. Complete with 3 Prados to get around sightseeing and golfing. Spacious and very comfortable in both houses. Drinks on the balconies watching the sunset.perfect?

7 Manata is a perfect place for large groups to stay in Queenstown. Located high up in Fernhill area, both houses have magnificent (constantly changing) views over lake Wakatipu. The accomodation is modern and well equipped with enough lounge and deck space for a large group to gather. The 3 Prado cars is a great advantage, and makes this a well priced deal.
There is a convenience store close by, as well as fish & chips and very good Italian Pizza restaurant. Guy is a top-notch host, proactive, helpful, with a good knowledge of the area. Would highly recommend for groups wishing to play golf or ski.

The incredible views from this property is what was most memorable about our stay. This property has so much space, and the huge deck was especially appreciated. Would definitely recommend, especially for a large group.

I stayed here for a 3-day work retreat and honestly couldn't have found a more glorious spot! 7 Manata comfortably housed 7 of us (3 couples and a single), and we made the most of the stellar views, spa, Prados and coffee machine:)

Guy was a superb host and made life easy for us with detailed instructions and local tips before our arrival. We definitely hope to be back soon.

What a dream! I mean, we couldn't get enough of the delightful views and the house itself was well equipped. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay at!

The view is breathtaking, and the accommodation is top notch. And when does accommodation come with two 4wd's! Have stayed here twice now and have loved it. The views in Queenstown are pure drama and staying at 7 Wonders maximizes your dramatic experience of this world class location. Was able to stay with 2 other families, 16 people, and we all had plenty of space to enjoy both time together and time in our own space. We even had room for more! Host easy to work with. Will go back again.

Simply the best location and brilliant home for a family holiday in the most beautiful part of the world. Stunning views, so well appointed accommodation with open living. The hosts were so helpful and easy to communicate with. A shortish drive into the township but also a few shops just up the hill. The outdoor spa was a lovely bonus for us all.

Beautiful location! And a lovely, huge home. Plenty of room for our extended family 8 adults and two babies. It had everything we needed and had stunning views of the Remarkables. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!
