Absolutely fabulous experience. Great fun, spectacular views and lovely little meadow hike. Courtney (our jet boat driver), Ben and Jonny were the perfect hosts. Would highly recommend.

Yup, pretty sweet ride up the river with barefoot Ben. Got some donut turns in on the river. Crowd at the back of the boat looked a wee bit wet but big smiles. We didn’t do any donuts (Hamilton turns) on the way back because one person was getting a little woozy from the spins. Also took a tour on land to see big-vista views of glaciers and a waterfall.

We had a wonderful day on the Matukituki River with Sue and Brent. The
scenery is sensational. Their equipment was top notch. Their instruction and education was excellent. Don’t miss this if you are in Wanaka.

This was a once in a lifetime experience! I went with my family to experience the new Packraft Rafting trip, and it was spectacular! The staff was kind, and the food they provided us was awesome! Everyone should try their new Packraft Rafting trip!

We did the jet boat, nature walk and pack raft, absolutely fantastic. Jet boat was great fun with great info about the area, walk was through beautiful mossy old beech forest under the glaciers, and the pack raft was the highlight with lots of fun little rapids and chances to float down the river in wet suits to cool down. Great views of avalanche glacier. Courtney did a great job guiding and teaching us how to use the rafts and run the (gentle) rapids.

We did the jet boat trip and bush walk. Probably the top thing we did over a week in Wanaka. Excellent service, from pickup to delivery at river, the trip and the walk. Make sure you take a second layer and a jacket as its much cooler in the range compared with Wanaka. Well worth the cost, great scenery and the boat trip is excellent!

What an amazing trip this was! It's a must do while you are in Wanaka. Brent, our incredible jet boat driver was an informative and enthusiastic guide who explained Maori traditions and beliefs about the Mt. Aspiring National Park and the Matukituki River. The jet boat experience was more fun than I ever expected!

What a great day! Jet boat, nature walk, really decent filling lunch and then a packraft trip back down the river. Trip was brilliantly organised and all the guides are super knowledgeable and fun.

Great experience packrafting! I went in January and it was a great chance to see and be in glacier-country with a bit of adrenaline. The guides were knowledgeable of local flora and the landscape. Highly recommend!

My 12 year old was begging for a Jet Boat trip, and we wanted to do one, but in more of a scenic way and not just a trip on a lake for just fun. We had a blast! Brent was our guide and he was fantastic. My father was with us and he had recent back surgery and this trip was ok for him too. The boat was fast, and fun. The walk was amazing, and our guide of Wanaka for 40 + years was very knowledgeable. Put your fears aside and run the river!

We did the packraft trip that included a fantastic jet boat ride up the river, a short but beautiful hike to a private beach where we started our river kayaking. Courtney is a fantastic guide and made sure we ran the river in a way that matched our capabilities. A truly spectacular trip.

Having already done two jet boat tours in Queenstown, I was leery of doing a third. But the two hikes we were going to do were closed and our concierge recommended the jet boat tour with the hike. I am so glad we went as it was the highlight of our entire trip for me. This valley is stunning and it is a lot of fun to get this close to the glacier. The guides were professional and top notch. I highly recommend this tour.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Best day ever. Jet boats, forest walk, and pack rafting to finish off. Out of this world scenery. We felt like we had the wilderness to ourselves. MOU rains in every direction with a glacier thrown in for good measure. Simply breathtaking. Our guides Scottie and Rose and driver Ben were amazing and just added to the fun and Adrenalin of the day. We’re all over 56 and had no problems at all.
