Arabica Coffee Bar

Went in for brunch with others and the atmosphere was welcoming, there were a few gluten-free options in the food cabinet as well as they make substitutions on the menu, there is no set gluten-free menu so there is a risk of cross contamination.
The staff was nice and especially one waitress who took our photo whom was very friendly. I ordered the bacon and eggs on toast (poached and switched to gf bread) was very delicious I enjoyed it a lot, as well a flat white coffee which was very nice.

Don’t like posting negative posts but when your toasted sandwich which isn’t cooked gets put in the microwave that’s pretty rubbish service. Coffee was great

This lovely little Cafe does their own baking, and the barista knows her stuff. Staff are always welcoming. A+ in my book.

Great range of gluten free cabinet food. I had the vegetable muffin which was very nice the latte was delicious & hot. Busy place, bit noisey for the older folks with us but otherwise great cafe

5 stars for the daily muffins - thats what we have been getting just about every week.and they are the best in town - hurry they sell out fast

Sop there for breakfast on Saturday. Exceptionally coffee. I had the big breakfast and they happy to let me swap out the sausage and hash browns for spinach and mushrooms. Great atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. Clearly very popular.

Beautiful food and the girls were great and the place was nice and warm. Nothing more to be said we will be back next time we are down from whakatane.

Great Salmon bagel, just needs slightly less toasting but great taste and good coffee, curly fries was yum too, highly recommend this place.

Love this place as a regular get together with friends. Staff always very pleasant and helpful which makes Arabica a great place. Food fantastic with plenty of variety My only complaint is that the acoustics are really bad

One of the better eating places in Hawera. Both cabinet and menu to order from. Overall tasty. Nice coffee. Lovely staff. Burgers are the best that you can get in town.

Coffee nice, but come on tiny tea pot for one be nice if u got 2 cups out of it, not even hot water with it.pay enough for tea and coffee. Won't be going back.

Excellent eggs bene including hash brown. Friendly efficient staff. Really enjoyed a great cooked breakfast.

Carrot cake was undercooked. As in - raw in the middle. Took around 25ish mins to get 2 long blacks and they seemed to mix up the sequence of their coffee making - people who came in after us got served coffees and left way before we got ours.

Good food but terrible customer service be careful if you drop something they won't get you a new one

Staff having too much fun in kitchen and too noisy food ok very slow to recognize customers were waiting at counter on arrival.

This place had an excellent short black with honey - I don't always find that - and lovely breakfast vego frittata. Spotlessly clean but would look even better with some big indoor plants.
