Bout Time Brownies

My experience was nothing short of the best example of customer service.

There was a little hiccup online which resulted in a double charge (nobody’s fault), yet Sarah was super quick to point this out and personally get in touch to clarify and rectify.

By that point, I was already impressed but it gets better… Sarah offered to personally deliver my order in New Plymouth (free of charge), and included a free sample of *very delectable* coconut brownies. The peppermint brownies I had ordered included a personal greeting card inside and packaged up securely and beautifully. AND THEY ARE THE BEST BROWNIES EVER!

Sarah was so helpful with my brownie order. I’m in the UK and wanted to send a treat to our NZ relatives. She was responsive on email and even helped get everything sorted when I got the delivery address wrong! My relatives said “So glad they made it. And by the way they taste soooooo fricking good. Saw these mentioned on 7 Sharp and decided to place an order of Classic and Raspberry brownies. Absolutely loved them, especially the Classic ones and have since made more orders. They arrive overnight and I've now got my freezer stocked. Highly recommend these.

Most amazing brownies I've ever had - and I don't say that lightly!
I bought the gluten free chocolate peppermint and shared them with people (I know right, sharing these was a challenge) and none of them suspected they were gluten free, now that's saying something.
Finally a baked delight that doesn't mean you are compromising on flavour when you're going GF!

These brownies are delicious! My favourite is peppermint but that won't stop me from eating the other flavours. A wonderful business to deal with, prompting replies to messages, delivered on time too. Would definitely recommend Bout Time Brownies to any brownie fan.

I think I have died and gone to heaven.
Most brownies are too chocolatey & taste like cocoa powder.
But these…. They are next level the absolute perfect balance of everything.

I ordered two batches for my contribution to family Christmas lunch - raspberry and classic. Ordering was simple and fast, and Sarah advised me that I could pop the whole box straight in the freezer when they arrived to keep them fresh for Christmas Day. The smell of the brownies when they arrived by courier was amaaaaazing! I was very tempted not to freeze them! The packaging is also so nice that they’d work beautifully as a gift. The brownies froze well, and defrosting was simple. Most importantly, they were a hit for Christmas lunch desert. That reminds me…I should order some more One very satisfied customer!

THE BEST BROWNIES I HAVE EVER HAD! For the price they are so delicious and they have a long lasting taste that is to die for! I would definetly reccomend giving these delicious brownies a go, they won't disappoint:)

I have tried the gluten free versions of raspberry, classic, peppermint, limited edition Jelly Tip and peanut butter (and I'm not even ashamed to admit it!). I have never once been disappointed - they are all delicious. Sarah is so lovely and easy to deal with. I had an issue with the first delivery (thanks 2020/Covid) and Sarah was so helpful and it all worked out. You will not be disappointed if you treat yourself to these brownies!

Sarah's "Bout time Brownies" are fantastic! Rich, chocolatey and just delicious. I have eaten these brownies myself and have been more than happy to send as gifts to friends. The service from online ordering to confirmation to receiving the goodies is smooth- just like the brownies! I recommend these wholeheartedly.

The most delicious brownies you will ever eat, I love the new flavor jelly tip but honestly would eat all the flavors in a heartbeat. Great with coffee, excellent gift and there are GF options.
