Have had 2 phones fixed and was good and quick. Also took a laptop in and the had a look and told us was factory problem and didn’t charge for looking at it. Thanks good guys at c-it

Michael was friendly and knowledgeable when I went in on Saturday. I needed to have C-IT delete all antivirus software off my laptop as having been charged double by this new antivirus company they then kept popping up with messages saying I had virus issues and still wanted even more money from me to run fixes. Michael fixed all the issues, plus more were located. Then installed a trusted antivirus suite and was able to return my laptop same day even though C-IT closed at 1pm. Since moving to Hawera C-IT has always been my 'go too' for any Laptop and Mobile issues, the friendly helpful staff that have always solved my stressful problems and are the reason I return, Thanks Team.

Needed to update my laptop to Windows 10, as well as keeping complicated design software. C-IT went the extra mile to make sure it was all operational and affordable. They also suggested and made a hardware upgrade. The laptop is running beautifully now and I couldn't be happier. Brilliant service, nothing was too much trouble. Totally recommend, awesome team!
