Got a text sayng the guy was on his way came out looked at job said new element needed for oven told me the price asked if elements on stove working said yes but don't turn down cooks on high told me the price for that as well but will get them back to do that job later my choice very polite well mannered thanks so much will get guys again in near future

It was a pleasure to receive good old fashion customer service. The problem with the fridge was explained and shown, it was a learning and understanding rather than made to feel dumb. The best serviceman since the 60's, thank you young man, mum must be proud.

Had a stove oven element burn out last night and darn it had to happen just when needed before a family dinner in the weekend. Rang D and L and spoke to Sandra who was able to organize for Ash to drop over after a job he was doing co incidently in the area.
