Best Chicken Fried rice in New Zealand! I come here every time I’m down in Hawera. I love this place for a good feed to eat now or later. I order no onion that’s what there ain’t any in the pic.

When i called in an order, she said 15mins. I got there 20min later and they went cooking it. 2min later they started cooking it. Another 10min later i got it. Then i asked.if its gunna take 30min. Plz tell me that. Then she screamed at the poor HHS studend serving to give me my money back and for me to take the food. She yelled athim and me again.i took the money and threw her bloody food back at her. Never again.

Ok. Sometimes get the wrong order. Asked for bbq pork fried rice but got steak instead. Anyway still tasted ok.

Placed usual order of large bami goreng and large honey chicken on fried rice with extra honey sauce, and the honey chicken on fried rice comes out half the size of the bami goreng! When I asked why the large wasn't large like usual the adolescent boy tells me it is the large when every other time the large honey chicken on fried rice has been same size as the large bami goreng. Then cook ignored me and walked away. Very unprofessional very rude and very rip off. We'll never go back!

Do they have new owners.got the Chinese smorgasbord for tea and was absolutely disgusting. Use to be so nice gone to the dogs now!

Got fried rice. It was a sticky gluey tasteless mess.
It was disgusting.
Won't be going back.

My order was not like it used to be, salty average tasting wontons and extremely chewy sweet and sour pork. Back in the day it used to be one of the best places around they must have new owners now.
