House of Travel - New Plymouth

Holly was given a very difficult task to organise a family holiday on very short notice. She went above and beyond to deliver exactly what we required.

So far a great experience with this company. They have organised our last 2 trips and it's been wonderful.

Great staff - Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. House of Travel is my go-to agent for all my trips.

Worst Travel Agent to deal with ever! Staff and owner are extremely rude and their attitudes towards customers are atrocious! Will never use again.

We are going to a wedding in Melbourne in June, so I thought the best way to do that would be to go to a travel agent. I highly recommend House of Travel for all your travel needs, I used them in 2018 for a 7 week trip to the UK.

Still waiting on querie of mine but im sure we will get answer as soon as it is sorted follow up

Tracey organised my recent trip to the UK and was an enormous help covering off all the requirements to travel in these crazy COVID times. When I wanted to return early and was exploring various options of how I might do that, Tracey research the options for me and gave very wise advise. I would not hesitate in recommending House of Travel and I will certainly use them again.

Tracey and her team are my go-to people when travel is on my mind. They have organized amazing experiences for my family and I both in New Zealand and overseas. Each trip we take, they suggest an activity or side trip that I would not have considered and I have learned from experience to just say yes - they know their stuff! The HOT team take the stress out of travel and always go the extra mile to ensure that your trip is smooth and relaxing. I can't recommend them enough.

My husband and I really have appreciated the work that has been done on our behalves by Sindy Jones at the HoT in New Plymouth.
During these difficult times, showing true professionalism, Sindy has managed to recover the majority of the costs of our planned trip to the U. K.
This trip has of course been all put on hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Sindy has done a fantastic job and we have no hesitation in recommending her if you are planning a trip in the future.
