Bought a pair of Shimano wrap around sunglasses which I use for bike riding and a kite. Got everything you need if you are into hunting and fishing.

Very happy to go to Hunting and Fishing Taranaki I had a couple of problems they sort it out straight away and I spent an extra 300 bucks getting with what I needed to carry on with my sports and hobbies thank you hunting and fishing Port view

Hunting and Fishing have been good to deal with, with the exception of 2 small issues, item i only enquired about, notified 2 weeks later my order (that i had not placed) had arrived (i still bought them so no biggy), being sent from 1 store 1 side of town to the other, being told they had what i needed, only to get there and they did not.

Fantastic store for the outdoors lovers, hunters and fisherman to get all the gear you need for a memorable experience in our great outdoors of NZ.

For once, in all honesty, in the numerous times I have gone to the store, a salesperson ACTUALLY approached me, not me having to stand there for 10 minutes trying to get a staff members attention. Must be the new store in the Valley that's been a good influence

Excellent service from the staff here, the young woman who served us was very knowledgeable about all the camping gear we were interested in and rang ahead to their other store to hold the items for us. A great experience shopping here.

Steve was a pleasure to have help us. My partner, who should have got new tramping boots BEFORE climbing the summit of Mt. Taranaki headed in store for some new boots after his experience with his 11 year old hiking boots.

After using them on a less mild track to complete the Tongariro Crossing, Renan was thrilled with the fact that he finally didn’t feel any rocks underneath his feet for once! Haha

First time going here and lance the guy who served me wasn't very nice got annoyed when I got two boxes of ammo. Will never come back here I am very disappointed with the way I got treated

Great service, looking for camping stretchers had a great range and even opened up a box so I could try one out. Very competitive price.

My favorite shop, always have what I need and when I dont know excatly what that is there is always someone there on staff who does.

Top shop great products and services had to exchange a present with out a receipt and they were more than helpful.

The lady that helped me with getting my tramping boots was extremely helpful and well mannered great to deal with! Great service!

Real friendly service. Boys will love it so much fishing and hunting gear to just browse. They didn't have my size or style, no trouble the had it ordered and in within a couple of days.

Good selection of product. Staff are hit and miss, can be rude and unhelpful at times, which is a bit off-putting. On a recent visit I asked about an item which was on a compulsory gear list for an upcoming adventure race, I was made to feel a bit silly which I didn't appreciate. Wasn't overly interested in helping me, so I left empty handed.

Great choice of product. Some staff were not enjoying their day and showed it in rudeness. But guy who served us was nice.

Awful, snarky service.the blonde one, long hair, too old for both of those.whatever his name is treated my friend and I like garbage for absolutely no reason.within a metre of walking in the door we get looks down hook-noses and snarky asides to eachother behind the counter. I've never been here in my life and was enjoying a browse.weird and awful experience.

Good selection of outdoors gear for camping, tramping, hunting, and fishing. Prices are a bit on the high side, but you are paying for expertise you don't get online.

Very poor. Staff stand around and just talk. Have no idea what they are talking about. They have to ask a supervisor for knowledge they should no. Lack of training and lack of caring.
Only half of every thing on the shelf you want and never any stock out the back and when you ask them to order it in they charge you a courier fee for something that they should have on the shelf already. Only time the staff there want to help you is if you have a hunting spot they want to try and hunt or poach.
