The best place to use for wedding dress alterations! Dianne has done a flawless job taking up my dress and provided such a profession service, dress was ready several days earlier than originally planned too!
Friendly staff, and very helpful. I had an urgent alteration needed for some trousers and the staff were very helpful, even with a large number of alterations on their books.
The Team at La Nuova New Plymouth are awesome.
We send them a lot of items that require specialized cleaning and this is never an issue.
So grateful for there standard of workmanship!
Customer service here is great, but the same can't be said for its parking/location! It's really difficult to get in & out of with limited parking onsite, & there's usually no parks available on Eliot or Lemon Streets which surround the premises. Moving to a more accessible, larger area would be a fantastic idea & is long overdue especially with the addition of a launderette making it much busier. I also recently made an online query which was never responded to - why have a contact form if questions aren't being answered? Very disappointing & unprofessional. ️

Get ready to sign a waiver here that waives them of all liability when they tear your netting, and don't remove the mould on your curtains. This is what happened to us. Two years in a row. Won't be going back here. You can find friendly staff anywhere but damaging customer's curtains and netting and still expecting to be paid for their serivice is unacceptable. Shame on these people. Signing the waiver leaves you with no comeback.
