Merrilands Medical Centre reviews
8The doctor I saw was very helpful and listened to my concerns and went out of her way to meet my needs.
I am never disappointed with the service with this Dr service. Very helpful and do their best for each client. Thankful for them.
I am now transferring to another clinic as I have moved out of town but I really couldn't rate these guys high enough, they're brilliant. My GP was Dr Tylah Hawken but I have seen others too and they're great. Nurse and receptionists are caring and professional. I know they're busier than usual right now but I appreciate that they have communicated that. A+ thanks for your care over the past couple of years.
If you want any help with mental health or regularly prescribed medication do not go here they will take you off the medication that has been helping you for years they have poor communication with patients and treat males like we are bullet proof and can just walk it off honestly feel as though im being discriminated against because of my looks had nothing but problems since I switched from tui ora to here i put in a request for my medication last week Thursday and im being told i have to wait until Friday the following week before il get seen and nobody told me this till i had to ring in myself wondering where my proscriptions were i get told thst im trying to manipulate them when im literally asking for help apparently if you arnt a female or elderly they couldn’t care less
Back to " The Naki" after a lifetime away. Recommended Merrilands Medical Centre. Dr Tilah Hawken. No complaints at all
Always friendly and patient team (get it? Patient… it's a doctors so.nevermind not funny now I have explained it
I'll get my coat
Got transferred from the FirstCare to Merrilands about 6months ago and I am so glad that it happened. Dr Tylah Hawken is a very lovely and empathetic doctor who actually listens to patients. Receptionists are so lovely too! Would definitely recommend Merrilands Medical to those who are considering to enrol/visit here.
