One star because of poor key cutting service. Went back 3 times. Very dissapointed with lack of training/knowledge. Last time to get a refund.

Rakesh put a battery in for my partners watch about a month ago and cut a spare car key for our new second-hand car (that only came with 1 key) about 2 weeks ago.
He provides superior customer service and it is muchly appreciated. It gets pretty busy in there and he always provides professional customer service (with a smile).
I have had a few keys cut over the years (the nice metallic colourful ones for various things) and have always received the most superior customer service. I am finally writing a review today.
Chris put a new battery in my watch this morning. It's been sitting in a cupboard for over a year & I finally sorted it today. And once again, superior customer service with a smile. Also, no more checking my phone or a clock for the time:)
For the Mister Minit business itself, I am very grateful for the warranty on the watch batteries and it is nice to know that I can have a car key (or house key) cut at an affordable price (prices may vary depending on car type/key type) FYI. I love the range of beautiful metallic coloured keys to choose from and I currently have a key ring that says: life is beautiful (from Mister Minit). It makes me smile.
