The so called doctor I had this morning was ignorant and moaned more about the little time he had not worried about helping or giving relative information or advice which was the reason for see a doctor. I would recommend going somewhere else Darryn

Always had friendly service and understanding and professional nurses and GP visits. Student nurse for flu vaccine was friendly. New location is modern and clean.

Kind, caring support was given over the phone today - very very much appreciated.
Also, the time and compassionate care taken in a recent doctor's appointment with a close contact - thank you so very much.

Well I can't speak for any of the doctors but the receptionist hung up on me before I had a chance to finish my sentence!

Selling this place to Carefirst was probably the worst decision Ian could've made for this practice. It's gone no where but down hill since he sold it. Everything seems disorganized, you're lucky if you see the same gp more than once, the nurse who gave my kids their jabs was prudent and arrogant. The last time I called to get a medical certificate for my kid I had to follow up to get it only to find out the certificate said absolutely nothing we'd talked about and was useless for what I needed it for. Glennis is lovely to deal with, however, the other receptionist isn't the greatest. No phone manners or in person manners actually. This gp practice has been with my family for four maybe even five generations but I'm starting to think I should be looking elsewhere for a new one

My last visit was a total waste of time and my dam money. I went in to talk about one issue and the GP had no intensions of assisting me with that problem, instead he goes of track and focuses on another issue. Useless, i still had to pay for help U didn't get. Receptionist is rude and obviously has no people skills. Never again

My husband saw the new GP today and was given the bum rush. He had no bedside manner and he did not take the time to talk. He has alot to learn about dealing with people. It is a family clinic not a walk in clinic. We pay them to give good friendly consultation.
