Moving into another country was no easy task especially when there were lot of tenants like myself with a small family looking for a place to live in New Plymouth and that's when we got to rent with PB.

We were lucky to have Susanne and Janine from PB as our property manager. They dealt with our situation professionally and attentive as well. I've dealt with other property managers from different companies, and its nothing like how Susanne and Janine does it.

It was quite unfortunate we had to give up rent at Fitzroy but we had a wonderful experience living there with lovely neighbors.

We did run into maintenance issues, and it was no easy task for Susanne and Janine however they both managed to overcome it and did a follow-up too.
