7Purchased part online last Tuesday, phoned on Weds to ask for ETA & tracking & was met with a surly response like how dare I even be asking. Phoned again on Monday & part hadn't even been sent. Arrived one full week later to destination 30 mins drive from store. Would not recommend shopping here

I got the part I needed but the guy who served me wasn't very helpful. I ended up ringing our garage to get the info I needed.
The staff were great, friendly and quick to ask if my mother and I if we needed help. The car seat covers that I got are too big for my little car despite it being "all size" but some cleaver folding and sewing and it fits well. Love the fact that the covers, especially for the back seat didn't cover the middle seatbelt or cover the clicker parts for the belt as did all the other back seat covers that I had tried previously.
Very poor customer service! Salesperson would not even walk out the door of the store to look at my vehicle to see what part was needed. Will know to avoid/go elsewhere in the future.
Had faulty grease gun head replaced at no charge and new cartridge fitted paid 4
