Thank you, Rumptys, for a good feed. I got the fish of the day and a scoop of chips with a milkshake. A perfect Friday evening dinner.

I went for chineese but their was nothing their and iam sure their sign outside said chineese.but I had 2 toasted sandwhiches and they were so amazing I will diffently be back for them

Look on the wall, you'll see what's so special about this place! $8.50 with all the sauces and your in heaven.

We like this place a lot, great service and good quality fish and chips as well as plenty other options.

Tried the fish, wedges and curly fries tonight. Snapper was nice, just so very thin. Way too expensive for the size.
Both of the fries did not seem very fresh.
No flavour no salt on them. Very dissapointed.

Never had a bad batch of chips from this place. Will sometimes go out of my way to stop here, than ordering locally.

Probably one of my favorite fish and chip shops in New Plymouth. Gotta love their wedges with sour cream and sweet chili

Amazing food, used to be a customer of vogeltown takeaways no more, their fish was beautiful not sharky their chips were cooked to perfection and their springrolls also delicious:)

This is the best takeaway I had ever tried in NZ. All the foods are sooo yummy and value for money, especially the garlic potatoes, I highly recommend. The couple are very friendly and the waiting area is clean and provided a comfortable long bench for customers to wait for the food.

Great local takeaway with quality classics or family loves and reasonably clean and tidy waiting room.
