Terrible customer service! I came into get a new phone and to put mine and my husbands account together. I knew he would need to give authority so I asked if I could call him and he give it over the phone, I was told yes and to wait to one side while the salesperson spent 20 mins putting protectors on another customers phone. I stood there holding my baby while this was happening. When I got back to her I said I had my husband on the phone to give authority and she then told me she couldn’t take that call. After telling me 20 minutes earlier that she could. I walked out as my baby was getting grumpy and I had already driven all the way from Stratford. It was fine that she couldn’t take the phone call but she should have said that to begin with instead of making me wait all that time. Not a happy customer. I also went in knowing I wanted a certain phone and she was pushy into me getting a different phone telling me the iPhone 13 will not be compatible with later iOS updates which is not true when my iPhone 11 is still able to get them quite easily.

Went to spark store to get something fixed on my phone it was very busy only had two people working and had to wait half an hour. Once I explained to the guy what I needed he played with phone for ages then said he couldn't do it, I was not impressed because when I looked at my phone some of my apps were missing and I had to down load them again all the apps were in different places as well. Next time I will ring spark and get a proper technician.

This place is a joke had to come back 3 times to sort out a problem that I had I told them to ring Spark business I'm sorry sir we can't do that as there are all different ones funny I walked out the door and within 11 mins I was back in the door all sorted thanks for the stuff around and no customer service very disappointed

Very bad communication, had organized on phone with company before I went in, then had to pay for a replacement modem that was still under warranty, tried to say that a replacement modem warranty doesn't start again, would not listen to me spoke over top of me and only stopped once my daughter was getting upset. Couldn't look up our details properly to see what had been sorted over phone. Sorted once I went home and rang spark again and then had to go back in to get my money back.

Excellent store, i have been having problems with my phone and trying to fix it myself only made it worse, but paitently they fixed it now its going good.

Great service. However phone locked for 3 weeks online was NO help whatso ever so im back to Hawera to see what they can do. Will Update How I get on. Still getting billed $365 only had phone for 5weeks.like No payment till I can use!
